line-height: 2em;">剑溪流域位于吉潭镇东部，流域毗湘水，东、南邻福建省韩江水系梅江，西入东江，流域面积123.7平方公里，主河流长19.3公里，流域面积大于10平方公里支流3条，多年平均年降雨量1570毫米，多年平均年径流量1.07亿立方米。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">流域内有6个行政村（剑溪村、滋溪村、汉地村、篁竹湖村、籁地村），67个小组，人口8283人，耕地面积6945亩，农业以种植水稻、柑橘、脐橙为主，有通过剑溪的县级公路，植被覆盖率80%，水力资源丰富，流域内有大小电站18座，装机6600千瓦，灌溉面积353公顷，水土流失面积18.9平方公里，气候春夏之交多梅雨，秋冬季节降雨较少，春寒、夏热、秋旱、冬冷，四级变化分明，春秋季短，冬夏季长，结冰期短，无霜期长，多年平均气温为19.0℃。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">剑溪流域河道弯曲，断面不规则，汛期洪水暴涨暴落，防洪能力差，河道两岸长满杂草杂树，淤塞严重，农田常遭洪水侵袭，影响沿岸居民生产生活，剑溪河进行防洪工程建设十分必要。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">剑溪河河道综合治理工程计划整治总长1.6km的堤岸线，项目预计总投资900万元，资金来源均为上级财政资金，预计今年11月份完工。</p></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="85991" style=" border-width: 0px; background-repeat: initial;">寻乌石排矿区污水处理厂建设地点位于文峰乡石排村，建设总规模为3.0万m³/日，用地面积约60亩，处理工艺采用粗格栅+细格栅+沉淀池+卡鲁塞尔2000型氧化沟+污泥填埋+紫外消毒的组合工艺，设计排放标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB1819-2002）中一级B标准，建设配套污水管网85.21km（其中石排园区40.12km、民营创业园45.09km），管径为DN300-DN1000。该项目分三期建设，建设工期为2年，第一期于2017年动工建设，建设规模为5000m³/日，项目投资金额5765万元，其中工程费用4055万元，其它费用1710万元。资金来源主要是积极争取上级补助资金，不足部分由地方财政资金解决。目前该项目已完成规划选址、用地预审、环境影响评价批复、项目可行性研究报告审批、用地征收等前期工作,二、三期项目建设现正在洽谈PPP合作项目。</p></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="85991" style="border-width: 0px; line-height: 2em;">蝙蝠山谷休闲项目是由江西省蝙蝠山庄生态旅游观光发展有限公司投资建设的休闲度假项目，建设地点位于江西省寻乌县上甲村附近。项目总投资6.3亿元。全部建成后接待量为：平时35000人次/日，高峰期65000人次/日。年收入2亿，年纳税1000万元，解决当地就业200人以上。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">项目初步规划用地2000多亩，目前正在进行总体规划设计，顺应当前国家政策，利用有特色的资源进行乡村休闲旅游开发，设计理念新颖接地气，力争在新一代旅游项目中脱颖而出，为寻乌县的旅游发战略提升出一份力。为了抓住时机，使项目快速推进，公司已投入2000多万进行初步的基础设施建设。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
