padding: 5px 15px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">黄家煌骑摩托车赶集去了，只有他的老母亲严长淑和儿子黄贱华在家。一层的卧室光线昏暗，里边紧凑地摆放着一张木板床、一台电视机、两个木头茶几，以及存放衣物的柜子。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">79岁的严奶奶告诉江西网络台记者，他们一家就靠种点地、砍毛竹挖笋、养些香菇木耳过活。“挖笋还不错，去年冬天挖笋挖到了近两万元。”老奶奶说家里的日子还过得去，比过去好多了。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">黄家煌一家早就想住上新房，可一年到头也就三万元左右的收入，实在是没有能力自建新房，更别提买房了。转机出现在2016年，寻乌县出台了移民搬迁新政策，白面石村的桂龙一小组等8个村小组被列入了移民搬迁区域，这里的贫困户在县移民安置区购房，可获得每人2万元的补助，非贫困户每人也能获得8000元的补助。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">看着有这么好的政策，今年初，黄家煌等5户贫困户提出了移民搬迁申请。其中，黄家煌一家五口人共获得了10万元的购房补助，只要再掏9万多元就能住上新房。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">“可9万多元黄家煌一时也凑不齐，我们村委会便联系寻乌县农商行桂竹帽分行，给黄家煌发放了一笔5万元的贷款。”白面石村第一书记孙枝茂介绍，这笔贷款3年内免息，让手头拮据的黄家煌松了口气。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: -11px; width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;" data-width="100%"><section style="width: 11px;
