padding: 5px 15px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">5月8日起，白面石村村部后山上，道路施工的嘈杂声打破了山村原有的宁静。一条宽3.5米的通组公路从村部向虎掌輋等三个村小组延伸。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">“我们白面石村山上有毛竹和脐橙树，以前要把这些农产品运下山是一件困难的事情，坐拥山林资源却不能变为财富。现在水泥路通进了村小组，可以说是路通财通了。”近日，虎掌輋小组村民方金煌，看着通组公路修到家门口，心中充满了期待。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">像方金煌一样期待路通的还有白面石村桂龙小组的村民。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">“水泥路通到家门口，我们整整盼了八年，现在终于要实现了。”在双坑至桂龙的通组公路施工现场，桂龙小组67岁的黄忠义难掩心中的兴奋。最边远的桂龙小组，在此之前因行路难，村民通过发展产业来致富的路子一次次被掐断。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">要致富先修路。精准扶贫战略实施以来，白面石村充分利用“十三五”扶贫项目资金300多万元，投入到村中水泥道路建设，打破阻碍村民致富的“最后一公里”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">道路修通了，订果的客商纷纷找上门。“路没修通的时候，即使脐橙成熟了，也很难把客商请上门来收购，而现在我已经接到好几个订果电话，今年的脐橙销路不用愁了。”望着长势喜人的脐橙，村民孙芳锦高兴地笑了。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: -11px; line-height: 2em;">道路修通后，很多村民选择在马路边修建新房。在白面石村大輋围小组，一栋栋依马路而建的新房次第排列。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">踏过水泥桥，记者来到一栋一层结构的楼房前。64岁的低保户易甲玉一个人生活，因时常患病生活变得贫苦。精准扶贫工作开展后，政府出资为她免费建了这栋保障房。”白面石村第一书记孙枝茂指着眼前的保障房说。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">35平方米的保障房，厨房、客厅、卧室一应俱全。年前就住进新房的易甲玉很满足：“政府不仅给了我低保，还给我免费建了新房，让我有个安全、干净的住处，党和政府对贫困户真是关怀备至。”如今，易甲玉每月还可以领取190元的低保金和80元的高龄补助，这一切让易甲玉感到很温暖。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">白面石村全力推进安居扶贫，采取拆旧建新、移民搬迁、兴建保障房、维修加固等方式，确保贫困户建得起、搬得进、住得好。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">桂龙小组的黄家煌一家4口，寄居在兄弟家腾出的土坯房里。母亲80多岁、妻子患有智障、30岁的儿子至今未婚，曾经，黄家煌对生活不抱希望。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">“政府让我家享受了移民搬迁政策，获得8万元补助，4月18日就拿到了在县城的安置房钥匙。”即将入住新家的黄家煌，对未来生活充满了信心。</p></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="88696" style="border-width: 0px; line-height: 2em;">路通了、安居房有了，产业必须要跟上。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">“当初选择在这里建养蜂基地，就是看中了这里拥有丰富的蜜源资源，以及看到当地群众对脱贫的期盼。”白面石村龙坑山蜜蜂养殖合作社负责人刘秉强说，养蜂是他的事业，也是村民的致富产业。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">目前，合作社已吸纳养蜂户66户，其中贫困户46户。贫困户以每户5箱蜜蜂入股，由合作社“全托管”经营。去年，每户贫困户从合作社拿到了390元分红，以及250元养蜂产业奖补，刘秉强表示，合作社将积极吸纳贫困户加入，激发贫困户内生动力，实现增收致富。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">白面石村有2万亩竹林，平均每户家庭就有30余亩。“进村公路没有修通前，竹子运不出去，村民增收难。”望着路边一堆堆准备外运的竹子，孙枝茂告诉记者，自2016年进村公路修通后，往来运输竹子的车辆络绎不绝，光竹子年销售额就在300万元左右。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">如今，春季挖春笋晒笋干、夏秋时节砍竹子、冬季挖冬笋，从竹林中获取财富成了村民增收的重要渠道。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">为增加竹林产业附加值，村里已组建了竹林合作社，用于烘干春笋、冬笋、野生香菇等农产品的厂房正在紧张建设，竹子深加工项目也正在洽谈。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
