font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;"> 连绵数千多里的武夷山脉延伸到江西省寻乌县境内，携立起一座矗立云霄的项山甑，以其海拔1529.8米高度，雄称赣南第二高峰。走进寻乌县项山乡，抬眼看见群山主峰，突兀耸立的“大甑”、“小甑”周围云雾缭绕，宛如袅袅升起的炊烟。驾车盘旋至堆禾岽便下车步行登山，扑入闽粤赣三省交界处的项山甑怀抱，感受项山水流向东江、韩江、赣江的魅力，探寻项山甑积淀的深厚历史文化与其独特的神韵。</p><p></p><p style="font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;"></p><p style="text-align: left; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em;"> 项山形像饭甑，原意是像饭甑的山，“像山甑”谐音“项山甑”。《广韵·古史考》曰：“黄帝始作甑”，在黄帝时代就有了用甑作炊具的记载，到战国秦汉之际，甑己经很普遍。《史记·项羽本纪》中讲到：“皆沉船，破釜甑，烧庐舍”，表明项羽的军队主要用釜与甑作为炊具。甑最初应该是陶制品，甑字的偏傍为“瓦”，似乎字形可以佐证。后因南方山岭遍地杉木，取材方便，用木条箍制而成的蒸饭炊具，遍布于南方各地，流行在民间汉族客系。不难想象，古代战乱时的汉族客系南迁，躲进大山，能保留生命是万事大吉；饥寒交迫，能解决温饱是最基本的生存条件。在客系南迁时代，项山甑就成了汉族客系聚居的集散地，迎来送往，是辐射闽粤赣三省周围二三百公里原始区域核心。项山主峰上矗立的“大甑”、“小甑”，成为客家人蒸饭炊具的象征，客家先人把项山甑当作山神、食神来供奉。</p><p style="text-align: center; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">唐宋八大家苏东坡在《老饕赋》一文里描写餐宴时说：“尝项上之一脔，嚼霜前之两螯。烂樱珠之煎蜜，滃杏酪之蒸羔。蛤半熟而含酒，蟹微生而带糟”。自给自足，是客家先人的生活底线，在项山甑海拔800米以下均为原始次生林或针阔叶混交林，可以种植稻子，砻谷舂米，蒸饭、做糕点、酿酒……可以在原始林中猎捕野兽，可以在河中抓螃蟹，可以在山中采蜂蜜、挖竹笋……山之庇佑，水之滋润；林茂粮丰，安居乐业。客家先人从俭朴自然的主食中延伸出具有独特风味的客家小吃，尽得客家美食精髓之神韵。</p><p style="text-align: center; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em;"></p><p style="font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"> 在海拨1000多米高地段的项山卢屋大坑山，群山环绕中山泉从山间流出，农田顺着山势层层叠叠，保存完好的古树群彰显着古色韵律，使人感受到原生态的生活基调。毛泽东在《寻乌调查》中讲到的“三标的货，项山的糯”， 指的就是项山卢屋大坑山里有一坨不能复制的山田，种植的糯谷拥有神奇的“糯性”功效，用来酿制出来的米酒格外香甜醇厚，气味芳香，入口生津，回味悠长，尽得“糯性”米酒功效之神韵。</p><p style="font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 0em;"></p><p style="font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"> “山河破碎风飘絮，身世浮沉雨打萍”。据《长宁县志》卷之四艺文记载：“（潘任）项山潘氏鼻祖也，南宋时为颢官信国公文天祥起兵勤王，丧师汀州，奔漳州，到梅州招集败残，军声大振”。南宋江山所剩无几之时，潘任随从勤王文天祥从梅州出发途经寻乌吉潭圳下屯兵设营收复会昌，勤王文天祥率兵进驻兴国防腹背受敌，潘任原地驻守。“王别”之后，潘任在吉潭、剑溪、项山等地严密布防。文天祥率兵驻扎兴国的空坑，被元将李恒所袭。皇帝坐船转移到潮州的浅湾，潘任招集义勇队前往随从，被皇帝封任扶驾征讨大将军晋加尚书，率义勇队辗转迂回扩大护驾范围。潘任到达雷州得知皇帝一行在崖山全部遇难，见宋室江山不可光复，便隐居寻乌项山原始林，神奇地躲过元军的追捕，坚守了一份节操、气节的忠贞，传承着中华民族的美德。</p><p style="text-align: center; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em;"></p><p style="font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"> 1929年，红军从井冈山来到寻乌菖蒲，确定途径吉潭圳下宿营至项山罗福嶂的行军路线。不料在次日凌晨，圳下宿营的红军遭敌人袭击，部队被冲散。神奇的山甑，为吉潭圳下突围的红军指明一道路标；神奇的烽火，为红军顺利地撤离到项山罗福嶂赢得了时间。因为有了红军从井冈山进军赣南，就有了讨论通过部队整编方案的项山罗福嶂会议；有了途经大余、南雄、定南、寻乌等地几次大战斗中存在的问题，就有了大胆突破个人主义，实行党绝对放手指挥枪杆子的第一次有益大尝试。毛泽东在回忆项山罗福嶂时说：“我们在项山找到了一根洋火，有了一个落脚点”（摘自《杨至诚谈毛泽东回忆项山罗福嶂》）。神奇的一根火柴，为古田会议打下了扎实的基础，使毛泽东思想的星星之火大放光芒。</p><p style="text-align: center;
