text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">经查，该气枪、打气筒及铅弹是违法行为人朱某（男，会昌人，22岁）几天前花了1000元从别处购得。6月12日下午，闲来无事的朱某便携带枪支来到寻乌县罗珊乡上津村欲打鸟，没想到被巡逻民警抓个正着。</p><p style="font-size: medium; text-align: justify; text-align: center; color: rgb(22, 17, 18);" data-width="100%"><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">为保护人民群众生命财产安全，全力维护社会治安稳定，全面动员社会各界和广大人民群众积极参与缉枪治爆专项行动，彻底收缴流散社会的各类非法枪支、弹药、爆炸物品，依法严厉打击违反枪支、弹药、爆炸物品管理的违法犯罪活动，根据《刑法》《枪支管理法》和《民用爆炸物品安全管理条例》等有关规定，特通告如下：</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong> 一、</strong></span>严禁非法制造、买卖、运输、储存军用枪、猎枪、射击运动枪、麻醉注射枪、气枪、彩弹枪、火药枪等各类枪支、弹药以及炸药、雷管、导火索、导爆索、震源弹、黑火药、烟火药、手榴弹、地雷等各类爆炸物品。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">二、</span></strong>严禁非法持有、私藏枪支、弹药；严禁非法使用、私藏爆炸物品；严禁邮寄枪支、弹药、爆炸物品或者在托运、寄递的货物、行李、包裹、邮件中夹带枪支、弹药、爆炸物品；严禁非法携带枪支、弹药、爆炸物品进入公共场所或者公共交通工具；严禁走私枪支、弹药；严禁盗窃、抢劫、抢夺枪支、弹药、爆炸物品。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">三、</span></strong>凡违反上述规定的，必须立即投案自首并将非法枪支、弹药、爆炸物品上交当地公安机关。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">六、</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;">凡枪支、弹药、爆炸物品被盗、被抢或者丢失的，应当及时报告当地公安机关。不及时报告的，依法依规追究有关单位和人员责任；公民发现遗弃的枪支、弹药、爆炸物品或者可疑爆炸物品的，应当立即报告当地公安机关。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">七、</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;">鼓励、保护广大人民群众积极举报涉及枪支、弹药、爆炸物品违法犯罪活动、提供违法犯罪活动线索，动员、规劝在逃涉枪涉爆案件犯罪人员投案自首。凡举报有功的，按有关规定给予奖励；窝藏、包庇涉枪涉爆违法犯罪分子，帮助违法犯罪分子毁灭、伪造证据的，依法追究其法律责任。对威胁、报复举报人、控告人的，依法从严惩处。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
