line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #FF0000;"><strong>公平公正为基础。</strong></span>实行分片包干责任制度，摸清“空心房”底数，同时公布“举报热线”，并积极开展“空心房”拆除回访调查，了解各村实际情况，确保工作公平公正。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #FF0000;"><strong>强力推进为方法</strong></span><strong>。</strong>制定“空心房”拆除相关政策方针，由党政正职带队，集中攻坚“钉子户”“难点区”，做到以点带面、强力推进全乡工作。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #FF0000;"><strong>群众安心为辅助。</strong></span>根据各村实际，利用“空心房”拆除的土地，采取复垦复种、基础建设、绿化美化等方式，努力发挥土地最大效益。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: -11px; width: 100%;
