，但吉志雄仍坚持参加各类业务培训 ，努力提高自己的工作水平。“我深感‘第一书 记 ’身上要有‘ 三力 ’，即要化压力为动力，主动履职担责；要勤学习提能力，成为扶贫能手；要守纪律保定力，做成事不出事。”吉志雄说。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">为确保脱贫工作落实到位，寻乌县注重抓细脱贫攻坚干部的日 常培训、监督、考核和管理。抓好岗前培训，让驻村干部“充足电”， 成为“内行人”，目前，该县累计组织扶贫干部开展岗前集中轮训5期，培训 768 人次；成立脱贫攻坚专项督查组，采取“一周一调度、半月一督查、一月一通报、一季一评价、 半年一小结”的形式，对驻村“第一书记”和工作队进行常态化督查，促进责任落实和任务落地，目前已开展专项督查15次，发放督办函56份，跟踪抓好问题整改142项；制 2em;">这是寻乌县近日干部延伸考察的一个场景。为树立扶贫工作有为有位的良好导向，该县把脱贫攻坚一线作为培养、识别和使用干部的主战场，制定出台加强脱贫攻坚干部选拔任用规定，明确脱贫攻坚期间，干部的培养、考察、选拔、任用与脱贫攻坚实绩相挂钩。对列为拟提拔重用的人选，一律将考察范围延伸到县扶贫工作主管部 门、乡镇党委、结对贫困户“三个层 面”，全面掌握脱贫攻坚干部的帮扶 成效、群众评价等情况。通过延伸考察，今年以来，该县累计有36名在脱贫攻坚工作中业绩突出的干部得到了提拔重用。坚持定期表彰、专项表彰、年终评比表彰相结合，选树脱贫攻坚先进典型，今年以来，该县评选表彰优秀“第一书记”15名，表彰优秀帮扶干部 45 名，开展先进典型专题报道 12 次，组织优秀“第一书记”微电影展播 10
