16px;">申请人为县中心城区户籍，在县中心城区租房居住，具有完全民事行为能力（指申请人年龄在18—60周岁及其他法律规定具有完全民事的），家庭人均住房建筑面积在15平方米（含）以下，申请家庭是县民政部门核定的城镇最低生活保障家庭，并在申请之日前已连续领取低保金3个月（含）以上，可申请廉租补贴。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 16px;">申请人为县中心城区户籍，在县中心城区租房居住，具有完全民事行为能力（指申请人年龄在18—60周岁及其他法律规定具有完全民事的），家庭人均住房建筑面积在15平方米（含）以下。非县中心城区户籍的县直行政事业单位在编在岗人员（已入住人才公寓除外）、退伍军人在县中心城区租房居住的，本人及共同申请人在本地均无住房或家庭人均住房建筑面积15平方米（含）以下的，可申请公共租赁住房租赁补贴。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">共同家庭成员应为具有法定的赡养、抚养和扶养关系并长期共同生活的人员，主要包括：夫妻；夫妻与未婚子女；祖父母、外祖父母与父母双亡的未婚孙子女、外孙子女；子女与丧偶或离异的父（母）；兄、姐与父母双亡的未婚弟、妹等。</span></p><p 2em;">（1）申请人及共同申请人的身份证明：①身份证复印件；②户口簿复印件；③户口簿反映不出申请人与共同申请人关系的，由申请人户籍所在地社区（居委会、村）出具的户籍关系证明；④婚姻证明。已婚的申请人提供结婚证、离异的申请人提供离婚证和加盖民政部门印章的离婚协议书或法院判决书、未婚或离异后单身的申请人提供本人书写的婚姻状况说明。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">（2）申请人及共同申请人的工作证明：①国家机关、事业单位在编的，提供所在单位出具的工作证明原件；②县中心城区户籍的灵活就业人员，提供现居住地社区（居委会、村）出具的就业证明原件；③退休人员提供《退休证》复印件或养老金领取证明复印件。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height:
