font-family: Arial, 宋体;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;"> 为改善县城棚户区（城中村）居民的居住条件，健全教育教学基础设施，完善城市功能，提升城市形象，依据我县土地利用总体规划、城市总体规划，根据《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第十六条、《江西省国有土地上房屋征收与补偿实施办法》第十条、第十一条等规定，我局会同城乡规划部门拟定了房屋征收范围，并报县政府批准。现将房屋征收范围有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312;line-height: 27px;"><strong><span style="color:#990000;line-height: 27px;">一、房屋征收范围：</span></strong>房屋征收范围包括实验小学、城关小学、三二五小学周边地块内的国有土地上房屋，其中实验小学周边地块四至范围：矿管局以南，工商银行家属楼以北，实验小学西围墙以东，长宁街以西；城关小学周边地块四至范围：城关小学以南，果欣大道以北，莆勺岌以东，以原农业局示范场西；三二五小学周边地块四至范围：长宁镇中心幼儿园以南，观音桥以北，新街尾以东，三二五小学新校区以西。房屋征收范围具体以</span>2017年县城学校周边棚户区（城中村）改造项目房屋征收范围红线图为准。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, 宋体; line-height: 27px;"><strong>二、本公告发布之日起，房屋征收范围内将暂停办理下列事项：</strong></span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（一）户口迁入或分户；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（二）新建、扩建、改建房屋或构筑物；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（三）房屋析产、分割、转让、赠与、抵押、租赁；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（四）改变房屋、土地用途以及土地使用权有偿使用续期；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（五）已依法取得建房批准文件但尚未建造完毕房屋的续建；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体; font-size: 18px;">（六）以被征收房屋为注册地址办理市场主体设立登记、住所（经营场所）变更登记、税务登记；</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;"><span style="line-height: 27px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, 宋体;
