margin-bottom: 0px; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1.5em; line-height: 2em;"><p style="line-height: 1.75em;">尽管遇到不少问题，团队成员克服各种困难，始终始终坚持以客户为中心，赢得良好口碑。寻乌河长制系统实现了“互联网+河长制”，成为我省首个正式运行的县级河长制信息管理平台，获得本地以及省水利厅等主流媒体多次报道。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;">客户高度评价了寻乌河长制信息化平台：系统解决了河长制实施缺乏技术支撑的问题，进一步实现了“河长制”工作的规范化管理，增强了区域合作，加强了上下游、左右岸协调推进，提升了工作效率。同时通过平台的运行快速形成县、乡（镇）、村、组四级管理联动机制、部门联动机制，为河湖管理精准定点、及时管理、资源共享等奠定了扎实基础，进一步提高了河湖管理效能。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;">“河长制”制度实施以来，寻乌县政府、水利局围绕水污染防治、水资源保护、水生态修复、水域岸线保护、水环境治理、执法监管六项内容进行综合治理，组织研发了这套河长制信息管理系统，建立了基础信息管理平台、工作管理平台、舆情管理平台、实时监测管理平台、指挥辅助管理平台、考核管理平台六大平台，并开发了公众版、河长版、管理版app。其中，公众版app实现了社会公众可通过在河道附近随时随地扫描二维码参与河湖治理，并可通过APP随手拍等功能上传照片反映河道情况，让决策者第一时间掌握即时河道信息。</p></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
