2em;">留车镇水背村距离留车圩镇4公里，全村共有23个村民小组，502户2065人，2017年，精准识别后有在册贫困户37户115人，支柱产业缺失、无安全饮水、房屋破旧、道路泥泞等等，都是留车镇水背村以前的真实写照。长期以来，“贫穷”就像笼罩在村民们头上的阴霾，挥之不去。然而，随着精准扶贫精准脱贫工作的推进，这个昔日贫困的小山村，一切都在悄然发生着巨大变化。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">扶贫车间进村头，群众脱贫有奔头。在水背村扶贫车间里，来自贫困家庭的职工们正熟练地加工数据线。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">村民 赖金凤说：“我这个按件算，一个月做的到二千多块钱。”</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">为增加村民收入，转移就业，今年9月，在驻村工作队的努力下，与外地企业达成合作意向，在村里开设了扶贫车间，吸收一批留守妇女就业打工，不少原先在广东打工的妇女也回到家里实现就业。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">水背村扶贫车间厂长姚伟国告诉我们，“开厂的时候应聘的有三四十个人，村民对扶贫车间都大力支持。<span style="text-indent: 2em;">”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">富民产业薄弱、收入水平低且不稳定是导致大多数家庭贫困的根本原因，脱贫攻坚战打响以来，水背村紧紧围绕群众增收难这一短板，不断加大产业结构调整力度，因地制宜培育壮大富民产业。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">刘世荣一家是村里评选出来的脱贫光荣户。在没脱贫之前，刘世荣平时帮别人做木工和泥水工、妻子在家种些水稻，离异的儿子一边打零工，一边带着年幼的女儿，家庭生活一顿陷入困境。2016年，在村两委班子和驻村工作队的引导帮扶下，刘世荣通过养殖番鸭，实现了脱贫。如今，儿子也在父亲刘世荣的影响带动下，种下了400株油茶苗、200株鹰嘴桃苗。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">水背村脱贫光荣户刘世荣说：“脱了贫以后，生活比脱贫前更好了，首先我要感谢共产党的扶贫政策和大力支持，第二还要自立更生去奋斗，生活要比以前过的更好来才对得起共产党，不要扶了扶不上马等于零。”</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">水背村村民邱贱仁跟年迈且患有老年痴呆的母亲一同蜗居在老旧的土坯房里。五年前，因建筑务工时不小心摔倒，导致十二胸椎骨折，下半身基本瘫痪，再想通过自身努力改善居住环境已是不可能的事了。如今，在扶贫干部的的帮助下，他跟母亲搬进了村里为他们建的保障房里。50平米的两房一厅一厨一卫，就连家具都置办齐全，每个月跟母亲还能领着低保、残疾人补贴、司法救助等。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">邱贱仁说：“住的很舒服安心，讲实话全靠共产党政策那么好，温饱方面都解决掉了。”</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">为了彻底改善群众的生产生活条件，加快贫困群众脱贫致富的步伐，水背村在两委班子和驻村帮扶工作队共同努力下，强化措施补短板，群策群力谋发展，这个昔日的贫困村，从村内基础设施到富民产业，从村容村貌到乡风民俗，一切都在悄然改变。先后实施了安全饮水、通组道路、入户小道硬化，彻底解决了群众出行和饮水难题。大力实施了空心房整治、风貌打造、村庄环境卫生等项目，群众生产生活条件明显改善。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;">如今的水背村，一条条村道四通八达，一座座青瓦白房错落有致，一片片农家墙院洁白整齐。而这些欣欣向荣的场景正是精准扶贫工作带来的喜人变化。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;padding: 5px
