min-height: 1em; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">省际交叉考核人员从各省区市扶贫开发领导小组成员单位抽调，脱贫攻坚重大政策和重点工作推进部门成员单位抽调，其中脱贫攻坚重大政策和重点工作推进部门成员占50%以上，市县基层一线扶贫干部占30%以上，充分发挥其政策熟、业务精的优势，重点考核责任落实、政策落实、工作落实和脱贫人口返贫等情况，总结典型经验，发现突出问题，听取意见建议。省际交叉考核不再考核“两率一度”。第三方评估简化“两率一度”调查问卷，重点围绕“两不愁三保障”“三落实”等设计，内容由去年的23项减少到17项，减少了四分之一。简化收入调查，改算收入为重点分析收入的来源、结构和稳定性。完善因村因户帮扶工作群众满意度调查指标，注重获得感，增强客观性。用好建档立卡数据，不进行重复调查。使用信息化技术，提高评估效率，减少评估人员。此外，在省际交叉考核和第三方评估中都增加了对脱贫人口返贫情况的考核。</p><p class="" style="max-width: 100%;
