从小在农村长大的曾文胜，是一名骨外科主治医生，在当地人民医院已经是医疗骨干，小有名气。出生医学世家的他，自92年参加工作以来，一直工作在临床一线，在工作中看到老百姓深受病痛的折磨，经常施予援手，以救死扶伤为天职,以百姓健康为己任。也常常看到好多农民因为生活拮据，而耽误了疾病的治疗，或因病致贫，因病返贫，深感痛心。他觉得提高老百姓的生活水平，才是人生存的根本意义所在 2014年，柑橘脐橙的黄龙病席卷赣寻大地，好多果农血本无归，颗粒无收，田地荒芜，生活难以维持，无奈背井离乡，南下打工，丢下老人孩子在农村留守！曾医师看到身边的亲戚朋友和百姓这种惨状，立志要为赣南寻乌老百姓寻找一条出路，改善百姓生活。经过多方考察，反复论证，发现赣寻大地对猕猴桃种植具有得天独厚的优势，于是利用2015年春节假期时间，带领家人把自家果园里患黄龙病的七百多株柑橘砍伐烧毁，并在湖北买回了六百株黄心猕猴桃种苗种了下去。</p></section></section></section><section 猕猴桃是种了下去，可对于一个医生来说，管理却成了最大的难度，这让曾文胜一筹莫展。既然种了，就要硬着头皮上，他下定决心要在农业发展上要闯出一番自己的天地。于是他四处拜师请教，凡事都亲力亲为，搭架子、施肥、松土、除草，把猕猴桃当作自己的孩子一样悉心照料，看见的果农都说曾医生比他们专业务农人员都还刻苦。功夫不负有心人，在短短的两年时间，他就建起了寻乌县首屈一指的猕猴桃种植示范基地，并在第三年迎来了丰产期，来参观学习的人络绎不绝，看到了猕猴桃的长势都赞不绝口，专家也认为有如此成效确实不容易。</span></p></section><section 曾文胜的猕猴桃按绿色无公害标准种植，不但口感好，而且糖度达到十七点，糖度高于周边县市的猕猴桃，并且通过了有机产品认证，拿到了有机产品转换证。在超市里一推出，便受到了群众的认可及欢迎，最高价卖出了72元一公斤。为响应国家号召大众创新万众创业，曾医师不顾家人的反对，递交了留职停薪的申请，他对猕猴桃产业信心十足，创办了农业合作社，并注册了"老曾伯"品牌。他打算免费扶持一百户贫苦户种植红心猕猴桃，免费提供种苗和技术，对产品兜底包收三年。他觉得产业扶贫才是真正的行善积德，让广大农友摆脱黄龙病的威胁，重新走上致富路才是最大的功德，比起治病救人意义更加重大！</span></p></section><section
