2em;">2月27日，在寻乌县广寻现代物流园，记者看到，宽24米的入园主通道已经建设完成，以物流信息交易中心为主体的一站式服务平台基本建成，一件件从全国各地寄到这里的包裹通过快递分拨平台进行分拣、派发；一车车本地的脐橙、茶油、红薯干、蜂蜜、香菇、笋干等农特产品销往全国各地。<br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: 2em;">占地面积200多亩的广寻现代物流园是寻乌县物流载体建设的重要成果。园区于2017年3月开工建设，截至目前，6栋商业服务楼基础工程已完成，物流快递平台也已建好并投用，入驻物流快递企业20多家。园区负责人刘卫东介绍，园区总投资6亿元，项目全面建成后，将集货物配载、配送、储存保管、冷冻仓储、信息服务为一体，并配套有宾馆、汽修车间、停车场、仓库等配套服务设施，可供50家物流企业入园经营，成为该县规模最大、服务功能齐全的大型物流园区。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">物流载体的作用，不仅仅是作为物流集散地和货物的中转站，更是通过不断完善各项服务功能，推动物流现代化，为县域经济发展提供支撑。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">近年来，寻乌县借力电子商务产业飞速发展的势头，为该县加强物流载体建设提供新契机，大力推动电商物流的发展。以电子商务进农村国家综合示范县建设为抓手，该县构建“一中心、两园区、五体系”的电商生态圈，投资2.6亿元建设了占地100亩的县级电商产业园，园区内规划建设了电商综合公共服务中心、电商培训中心、微商创业中心、电商孵化器、大型电商总部基地、农村电商县域运营中心、农产品检验检测和标准化建设仓储流通中心、农产品线下交易及线下体验区等功能区域，电商物流成为县域电商发展的有力支撑。截至目前，产业园已投入运营，入驻商家65家，园区一号楼、二号楼全部完工后可入驻商家500余家。同时，该县建成3个县级电商分运营中心，168个村级服务站，成立电商企业526家，年交易额达10亿元，带动就业创业1.17万人，带动贫困户脱贫1600多人。</p><p 2em;">发展乡（镇）物流网点22个、与164个行政村电商服务站完成对接；农村“乡乡有网点，村村有物流”，农村物流“门到门”“当天件”，农民足不出户坐收各类生活用品……近年来，寻乌县大力推动物流站点建设，建立了以县城物流企业为中心，辐射乡（镇）网点，连接村级电商服务站的县、乡（镇）、村三级物流网络体系，年货运量达345万吨。同时，积极推进城乡一体化战略，改善了农村物流的基础设施，农村物流成为农村产业发展、农民致富的有力推手。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">在加强农村物流站点建设的同时，该县积极整合物流快递，改革传统的物流快递经营模式，为打通县乡村三级物流快递瓶颈、理顺物流运营流程进行了有力探索。2016年，该县成立县供销电子商务有限公司，牵头整合圆通、申通、中通、德邦4家快递企业，按照收购和保留股份的方式组建了寻乌县广成商贸有限公司，再由广成商贸和供销e家进行股份重组，重组之后的公司对该县15个乡（镇）173个行政村进行了快递物流站点的建设；另外，该县将申通、圆通、中通、德邦、韵达、邮政速递、百世汇通、天天等8家快递整合到电商产业园，实现了快递件在电商园区的仓储中心进行统一揽收、分拣、配送、发货，推动该县农特产品上行和工业品、生活必需品下行更加顺畅。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">物流体系完善，推动物流力量的增强，寻乌县的蜜桔、脐橙、灵芝、蜂蜜、茶油等一大批农特产品的外销路更加顺畅。同时，依托物流服务平台对物流快递也进行有效整合，节省了快递企业建点、车辆、人工等方面的成本，降低了企业的物流成本，有效促进企业尤其是电商企业和中小企业的经营成本，有效地化解了农村电商“最初一公里”和“最后一公里”的问题。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">长期以来，物流企业规模小、经营分散一直是制约寻乌县物流产业向现代化发展的重要因素，近年来，寻乌县加强政策扶持，积极打造物流龙头企业。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">该县出台了《寻乌县进一步降低企业成本优化发展环境的若干政策措施》（寻办字87号），在企业用地、用电、税收、行政审批、人才培养等方面给予一系列的优惠政策，降低物流企业经营成本，为物流企业落户创造良好的软环境。同时，大力加强物流通道建设，改善县域道路交通情况，为物流运输创造良好的交通环境。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">截至目前，寻乌县已有物流企业97家，其中大中型物流企业7家，市级规模以上企业4家，企业类型涵盖果品加工、果品仓储、货运代理、货物配送、信息服务、寄递、运输等，引进了4A物流企业红土地物流整合该县部分物流企业成立分公司，实现大型化、规模化发展，涌现出江西杨氏果业、圣维实业等为果品提供物流仓储服务的大型企业和寻乌县万业运输有限公司、江西佳鼎运输有限公司等以企业原材料和产品运输为主营业务的重点物流企业。</p></section></section></section><p
