2em;">3、本次征集的摄影作品为纪实摄影，作品只允许用软件在尺寸、颜色、明暗、对比方面进行修改，但不得改变原始影像。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">4、<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">作品须注明作品标题、作者姓名、通讯地址、邮政编码、联系电话、摄影作品需拍摄内容及时间、地点。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;">5、所有参赛作品的版权归作者所有，主办方对所有参赛作品具有永久使用权，并在相关媒体上发表、使用时不再征求作者意见，不再另付稿费。获得一、二、三等奖的同一参赛作者不重复获奖，只取最高奖项。主办方对本次大赛所有内容拥有最终解释权，所有参赛作者均被视为同意本大赛规则及其他参赛要求。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align:
