font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2015年，随着农村医保的全面复盖，医保工作显得日益重要，医院为了加强医保工作，把责任心强、业务素质高的她从手术室调到医院医保科任科长，面对当时医院医保管理工作上的许多空白及从未接触过的新岗位，新业务，她牺牲所有节假日，积极向专业人士学习，认真钻研农村医保政策，结合中医院实际，用不到半年时间先后建立了医保人员网上管理数据库；医保审核报销工作流程；开通了医保政策咨询热线；建立了医保工作职责等有关制度，使医院医保工作迅速正入正轨，二年来，李琼带领科室人员在医保工作任务重，人员少的情况下，审核报销各类医疗费四千余万元，报销人数达一万二千多人（次），审核报销比例及有关数据实现零失误。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; box-sizing: border-box !important;">医保工作涉及各类人群，特别是近年来农村四道保障线的建立、健康扶贫等，党和政府的恵民政策能否正确得于落实都体现在医保上。李琼和她的同事们除了每天有大量繁重的报销单据业务审理，还要耐着性子不厌其烦地向前来咨询的病患、家属解答医保相关政策，每天为了患者报销某项医疗费而奔走往返相关部门几趟，她常说，为病人跑腿也是医保工作的内容之一。在她看来，能让病人便利地享受到医保所带来的实惠就是自己工作的最大成绩。2017年11月3日丹溪乡高峰村特困户龚华生前来外报其家属药费，由于人生地不熟又不懂办理程序，在医院业务大厅燥急不安地来回走动，她主动向前询问得知情况后，放下手头工作专程陪着他到医保局办理报销手续，还按政策帮助其家属申请办理了慢病卡，这份贴心的举动让龚华生一家人都备受感动，让老百姓真正切实地感受到了医保带来的实惠。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
