text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">全县广大干部群众：</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">时值一年春草绿，又是一年清明时。在这慎终追远、缅怀故人、寄托哀思的时节，为适应新时代新要求，推动移风易俗，树立文明乡风，秉承传统，文明祭祀，我们特向大家发出倡议：</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一、摒弃陋习，文明祭祀。自觉摒弃不文明的祭祀方式，主动采取鲜花祭奠、清扫墓碑、植树祭奠、网络祭奠、撰写感言体会等文明祭祀活动寄托哀思、礼敬故人。广泛动员并组织干部群众和未成年人积极参与中国文明网、江西文明网、赣州文明网开展的清明“网上祭英烈”活动，表达对革命先烈的感恩情怀。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、厚养薄葬，节俭祭祀。“百善孝为先”，要大力弘扬孝老、尊老、敬老传统美德，树立厚养薄葬新观念，提倡对在世老人尽孝心，多关心孝敬老人，使他们老有所养、老有所乐；老人逝去时，不大操大办、不铺张浪费、不相互攀比，要从俭办丧；老人逝去后，节俭祭奠，让逝者欣慰，让生者无憾。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">三、移风易俗，环保祭祀 。自觉配合全县乱埋乱葬专项整治迁坟行动,推行遗体火化后骨灰在公墓或者乡（镇）公益性公墓内集中安葬，提倡骨灰存放、树葬、花葬等节地葬法，骨灰撇散或是深埋、不留坟头。严禁私建坟墓，把更多的人类生存土地留给子孙后代，造福于人民。清明期间，做到不在重要交通干线及路口、城乡大街小巷或主要通道等公共场所烧纸钱、撒冥币，倡导以献一束花、敬一杯酒、植一棵树、清扫墓碑等方式寄托哀思。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">四、遵守规定、安全祭祀。在出行驾车或乘坐公共汽车时做到遵守交通秩序、主动礼让、文明礼貌。禁止携带易燃易爆品、腐蚀性危险品上车。祭扫活动中要严格遵守殡葬管理及相关法规政策，到指定场所祭奠，低碳祭扫。严格遵守有关防火规定，不违规用火，做到不在山头、林地、墓地烧纸焚香、点燃蜡烛、燃放烟花鞭炮，杜绝各种安全隐患的发生。 </p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">五、党员带头，以身作则。落实中央八项规定和党员干部带头推动移风易俗的要求，发挥党员干部在遗体火化、生态安葬、节俭治丧、文明祭祀方面的表率作用，以实际行动影响和带动身边的群众。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
