line-height: 1.75em;"></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"> “中排社区2014年才成立，是桂竹帽林场转制后新设的社区，辖区人口506人，其中大部分是当年留下的知青及他们的后代。”桂竹帽镇党委书记廖雪玲介绍。从国营林场转变为乡镇社区，中排社区成立后面对的首要问题就是如何凝聚人心，把社区建设成居民的和谐大家庭。“我们的做法是以服务群众为出发点，以构建和谐社区为目标，以平台、队伍、活动为主抓手，大力推进社区宣传思想文化工作。”中排社区居委会主任郭卫洁说。<br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"> 紧紧抓住中宣部对口支援寻乌县的机遇，中排社区在中宣部的大力帮扶和指导下，按照“一个广场、一个舞台、一个宣传文化长廊、一间文化活动室、一套音响、一套健身器材”的“六个一”标准打造起社区综合文化活动中心。2014年年底，投资43万元、面积1600多平方米的知青广场投入使用，广场设有演出舞台、文化长廊、篮球场、健身场等，可同时容纳500多人开展文体活动。郭卫洁说：“这个广场建好后，居民天天在这里唱歌、跳舞、锻炼身体，大家的生活越来越丰富多彩。”<br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"> 如今，知青广场成为中排社区传播弘扬社会主义核心价值观的有效平台。广场文化墙两侧的宣传长廊上，每个月都会公布“热心公益事业好人”“孝心敬老好人”等“身边好人”事迹，社区居委会还经常组织“身边好人”在广场现场讲述凡人善举，通过一个个“身边好人”的故事让社会主义核心价值观的内涵变得浅显易懂。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.75em;"></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"> 活动场地有了，中排社区居委会开始组建“两支队伍”：一是组建党员志愿者队伍，主要开展卫生治理、关心空巢老人、关爱留守孩子、关爱残疾人、保护生态环境等活动；二是组建文化志愿者队伍，以综合文化广场为平台，主要开展社区广场舞、羽毛球、乒乓球、篮球、书画、棋牌等系列活动。郭卫洁说：“这两支队伍的建立，促进了社区志愿服务工作机制化、常态化，为推动社区群众文化事业构筑了中坚力量。”</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"> 活跃社区群众文化的目的，是为了培育良好社会风尚。寻乌县近年来开展了“百村百节”活动,让群众参与形式多样的文化活动,由“送文化下乡”变为“下乡种文化”。作为新成立的社区，中排社区积极投身其中，把自身和其他村落的民俗文化有机结合，逐渐形成具有中排社区自身特色的文化品牌。此外，社区借助“文化下乡”活动，编排出身边好人好事、社会主义核心价值观节目送上知青广场演出舞台，使社区居民受到了潜移默化的感染和教育。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section style="max-width: 100%;
