max-width: 100%; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; border-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial;"><section style="margin-top: 0.5em;margin-bottom: 0.5em;padding-right: 0.8em;padding-left: 0.8em;max-width: 100%;text-align: center;box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="max-width: 100%;width: 100%;text-align: left;"><br></p></section></article><section style="padding-bottom: 0.4em;max-width: 100%;border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="padding-left: 0.6em;max-width: 100%;border-left: 0.3em solid rgb(224, 38, 58);box-sizing: border-box;"><p class="" data-brushtype="text" style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;display: inline-block;vertical-align: top;font-size: 1.2em;"><span style="max-width: 100%;color: #D92142;"><strong style="max-width: 100%;"> 重点通报5起典型案件</strong></span></p></section></section><section class="" style="margin-top: 1em;max-width: 100%;"><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">1.九江“1·10”网络假冒学术期刊诈骗案</span></strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">。2017年1月，九江市、修水县“扫黄打非”、公安部门查处一起假冒学术期刊诈骗案。去年底，这起案件被评为全国“扫黄打非”十大典型案件。办案部门以涉案假冒期刊为突破口，查获一条假冒学术期刊“编辑、出版、印刷、发行”黑色产业链，分别在江西、重庆、北京、河北抓获杨某某等8名主要犯罪嫌疑人，查证涉案非法经营金额1.2亿余元，捣毁假冒学术期刊非法窝点3处。目前，该案已由公安机关分别以涉嫌诈骗罪、非法经营罪移送检察机关审查起诉。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">2.新余市“6·15”侵犯著作权案。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">2017年6月，新余市“扫黄打非”办查处一起侵犯著作权案。经查，江西新余某网络科技有限公司利用公众号传播《人民的名义》等多个热门影视作品，涉嫌侵犯他人网络传播权和著作权。经证实，涉案人陈某以营利为目的申请使用微信公众号43个，盗播了大量热门影视作品和违规禁止影视作品，严重侵权。2018年3月23日，专案组在深圳将涉案人陈某抓获。目前，该案在进一步办理中。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">3.南昌市“2·21”网络传播淫秽物品牟利案</span></strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">。2017年2月，南昌市东湖区公安分局破获一起网络传播淫秽物品牟利案。经查，自2010年10月起至案发，王某某通过 “大嘴巴”微信群发送淫秽色情视频850余部（个）、淫秽小说链接网址124个，发展微信群成员580余人。2017年7月4日，王某某已由人民法院依法作出判决。 </span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">4.九江“5·27”云盘传播淫秽物品牟利案。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">2016年5月，九江市“扫黄打非”办侦查一起利用云盘传播淫秽物品牟利案。办案人员于6月13日将嫌疑人王某某抓获。经审讯，王某发展下线代理13人。目前，该案已移送检察院审查起诉。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;font-size: 18px;">5.南昌市“1·11”网络传播淫秽物品牟利案</span></strong><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;">。2017年1月，南昌市东湖公安分局侦办一起网络传播淫秽物品案。经查，犯罪嫌疑人朱某某、张某某通过建立微信“VIP三群”，在群内发布大量淫秽内容的视频链接、小视频及淫秽网络小说，供群内成员观看，每月收取“管理费”非法牟利。目前，犯罪嫌疑人朱某某、张某某已由人民法院依法作出判决。案件通报就讲到这里。</span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑;"><br></span></p></section></section><section class="" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="86372" style="max-width: 100%;
