寻乌交管大队对校园及周边路段开展交通安全整治行动

仿宋;">《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》和《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》的规定，二轮摩托车载人须遵守下列规定：(I)除座位外,其他任何部位都不准乘人。(2)后座只能附载一人。(3)后座不能附载不满12周岁的儿童。(4)后座载人必须面对行驶方向正面骑坐,不准侧坐。(5)乘坐二轮摩托车必须戴安全头盔。</span></strong></span></p><p 仿宋;">摩托车载有两个人才是最安全的，其中两个人中有一个人还包括了司机师傅。但是，我们经常会看到摩托车有时一次性就载了四个人，特别是在接送孩子上学过程中，后载两个小朋友的现象时有发生。其实，这是相当不安全的事情，摩托车超载的危害相当的多。针对这一突出交通违法现象，寻乌交管大队积极谋划，对上述行为进行重点突击整治，全面做好道路交通事故预防工作。</span></strong></span></p><p 170);">整治行动中，大队首先组织警力深入辖区小学、幼儿园，对学校负责人进行走访，要求学校加大对学生及其家长交通安全的宣传力度，通过“校园通”、家长微信群等方式告知家长摩托车超员的危害性，大家要时刻遵守道路交通安全法律法规，切勿因一时疏忽造成不可挽回的损失。同时，对校园周边路段加大路面管控力度，在接送学生的重点时段，对发现的超员行为及时劝阻，通过劝导及发放宣传资料的方式强化学生家长的交通安全意识，引导大家遵规守法，做到不违章停车、不逆行、不随意掉头、不横穿马路、不超员等文明、安全驾驶行为。</span></strong></p><p
