我县把低改与生态、低改与林下经济、低改与脱贫攻坚、低改与森林防火相结合，做到既有生态效益，又有经济效益，实行前三年政府投资管护，后让群众收入。如在废弃果园中立地条件良好，选择种植龙脑樟、甜柿等树种，订单包收，达到"不砍树、能致富"的效果。同时和精准扶贫相结合，带动贫困户参与低改，与收益分成，带动脱贫。并划区种植一些防火阔叶树，既做好了低改，又能起到森林防火作用。通过有机结合、创新模式，使低改工作更具有持久力和生命力。</p></section></section><section
