【寻乌公安】关于清理整治麻将馆、棋牌室工作通告
<p style="line-height: 25.6px;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; text-indent: 32px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;">为进一步加强麻将馆、棋牌室、茶馆等场所的治安管理，消除安全隐患，净化社会风气，推进乡风文明建设，有效提升公众安全感和群众满意度。寻乌县公安局从即日起在全县范围内开展为期三个月的清理整治麻将馆、棋牌室治安专项行动。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; text-indent: 32px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">专项行动期间，依据</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">《刑法》、《治安管理处罚法》、《消防法》、《禁毒法》</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">等法律法规，充分履行公安机关职责，依法查处一批在麻将馆、棋牌室赌博的刑事、治安案件；依法收缴销毁一批赌博麻将机；依法查处一批利用麻将馆开设赌场抽头盈利的业主和经营人员；依法取缔关闭一批有违法行为的麻将馆、棋牌室；重点整治一批群众反响强烈，扰民、斗殴等治安秩序混乱的麻将馆、棋牌室；存在赌博、吸毒等毒赌合流的麻将馆、棋牌室；组织人员聚众赌博、抽头渔利，存在黑恶势力的麻将馆、棋牌室；存在严重治安、消防安全隐患的麻将馆、棋牌室；校园及其周边经营、露天经营、占道经营等影响平安寻乌形象的麻将馆、棋牌室。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; text-indent: 32px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">专项行动期间，采取“六个一律”工作措施：凡在居民住宅楼、住宅区、学校周边开设，制造噪声干扰他人正常生活，存在重大治安消防安全隐患和安全事故隐患的麻将馆、棋牌室</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律限期整改或依法取缔</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。凡在麻将馆、棋牌室以“九点半”、“诈金花”、“钓虾公”等方式聚众赌博，或以营利为目的，存在“抽头”、“分成”等行为的，</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律立案查处</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。达到刑事立案标准的，坚决立案侦办。凡发现具有赌博功能的电子游戏机</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律予以收缴</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。对参赌人员、管理人员、经营业主</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律治安处罚</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">；构成犯罪的，</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律追究刑事责任</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。在查处赌博治安、刑事案件中，参赌人员、管理人员、经营业主等为党员领导干部的，处理结果</span><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一律通报纪检监察部门</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px;
