宋体;">为进一步加强城区道路车辆停放秩序管理，美化市容环境；车辆途经人行横道时礼让行人，创建文明城市，提升我县城市品位，确保道路安全、有序、畅通。经研究决定，在下列路口路段违规停放车辆、或车辆途经人行横道时未礼让行人、在</span><span style="color: #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">城区内道路上违规使用远光灯的</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">，按相关法律法规规定予以处罚。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:16px;text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">一、在</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">东门路风采照相馆十字路口、东门路与江东庙路口、石田心十字路口、岳家庄大道城关派出所十字路口、新东大道龙湾财富广场路口、新东大道老自来水厂路口、新东大道左岸香桂小区东门口、新东大道中央华府小区路口、留车街潮苑酒家门口十字路口、留车街与滨河东路交叉口、龙廷街老地方门口十字路口、龙廷街与滨河东路交叉口、东江源大道中央华府农行门口T型交叉口、东江源大道行政中心门口、文峰街新时代文体店门口T型交叉口、皇冠名苑与国际公馆南十字路口、滨河西路吉潭街交叉口、滨河西路新罗大桥十字路口、滨河西路青少年宫市政公园路口、滨河西路规划设计院交叉口、滨河西路与城北二路交叉口、长安大道青少年宫（三源）交叉口、长安大道金碧豪庭小区路口、长安大道城北综合市场路口、长安大道项山街路口、长安大道原长宁工商分局路口、城北三路财富广场T型交叉口、城北小学门口、城北一路城北农贸市场路口、城东大道蛇子头三岔路口、岳家庄大道农民街路口等路口、路段</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;color: #000000;">安装31个违停监控抓拍电子警察系统。</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">自2018年8月10日起，在上述路口及其150米周边范围内道路（含人行道）临时停放车辆2分钟之内必须驶离。违者，</span><span style="color: #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">电子警察抓拍取证后予以处罚</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:16px;text-indent:43px;line-height:37px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">二、在岳家庄大道的中山东路、城关派出所十字路口，长安大道城北广场、城北二路交叉口设置车辆途经人行横道时未礼让行人</span><span style="color: #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">电子警察抓拍系统，</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">自2018年8月10日起，</span><span style="color: #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">对机动车行经人行横道时未减速让行或避让、遇行人正在通过人行横道未停车让行的违法行为进行抓拍，取证后予以处罚。在其他未安装礼</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">让行人</span><span style="color: #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">电子警察抓拍系统的道路上存在该种类违法行为的由路面执勤民警按</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十七条规定取证后进行现场处罚。</span></span></p><p #000000;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">对机动车行在城区内道路上违规使用远光灯的，采取现场执法和非现场执法的方式进行处罚。非现场执法的方式如在东江源大道等的红绿灯系统上加装不按规定使用远光灯电子警察抓拍系统，</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">取证后进行非现场处罚。</span></span></p><p
