box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第二条 本办法所指黑恶犯罪线索是指《关于印发<寻乌县扫黑除恶专项斗争实施方案>的通知》(寻发〔2018〕5号)所规定的打击和整治重点的十八种情形的犯罪行为。</p><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第三条 本办法的奖励对象为向县扫黑办或县扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组各成员单位举报寻乌县范围内黑恶犯罪活动的公民、法人或其他组织（以下统称举报人)。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p></section></section></section><section class="V5" style="box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><section style="box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="text-align: right;color: rgb(5, 57, 110);line-height: 1.4;letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第四条 举报人可采取实名或匿名，通过当面举报、信函、电话、网络通信或其他方式进行举报。实名举报的应提供举报人真实身份情况及联系方式；匿名举报的，举报人可使用6位数以上的密码作为本人代码，以代码确定举报人并反馈、奖励。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第五条 举报人举报时，应尽可能详细提供发生黑恶违法犯罪行为的时间、地点、过程等情况，以及被举报人的姓名（绰号）、住址、通讯方式、主要体貌特征、活动路线、藏匿地点及是否持有枪支、管制刀具等情况。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第六条 举报人向县政法各单位、纪检监察、组织等部门举报黑恶犯罪的，受理部门应当做好登记，并按照归口负责的的原则，在3个工作日内把线索移交相应机关核查，重要线索必须全部移交。除无法通知或有碍核查外，线索核查情况都应当向举报人反馈。</p><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;"> 第七条 对举报人的有效举报，由县扫黑办按照所举报的犯罪严重程度视情给予举报人<span style="text-decoration: underline;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">1000元以上50000元以下</strong></span>的奖励。对多人前后举报同一线索的，原则上只奖励第一举报人；对多人同时当面举报同一线索的，均予以奖励，多人奖金合计不超过50000元；对于补充举报新线索的，视具体情况予以奖励。举报顺序以受理举报的记录时间为准。</p><p style="text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em;">第九条 有下列情形之一的，不属于奖励范围：<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> (一)办案机关事先已经掌握的线索；<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> (二)国家工作人员在其职责范围内知悉的线索；<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> (三)负有特定义务的人员举报的线索;<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> (四)其他不属于奖励范围的情况。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> </p><p style="text-align: left;
