box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: -1px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一、严格界定中小学服务性收费和代收费范围</span></strong></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">中小学服务性收费是指学校（包括义务教育学校、高中阶段学校、中等职业学校，下同）在完成正常的教学任务外，为在校学生提供由学生或学生家长自愿选择的服务而收取的费用。中小学代收费是指学校为方便学生在校学习和生活，在学生或学生家长自愿的前提下，为提供服务的单位代收代付的费用。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">中小学按照国家和本地区课程改革要求安排的教育教学活动、教学管理范围内的事项，不得列入服务性收费和代收费事项。严禁将讲义资料、试卷、电子阅览、计算机上机、取暖、降温、饮水、校园安全保卫等作为服务性收费和代收费事项。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（2）音像教材费：在学生自愿的前提下，由当地教育行政部门在《江西省中小学用书目录》中选定，由学校根据不同年级、不同版本教材向学生推荐使用，但不得同时推荐两种或两种以上不同版本的音像教材，每盒音像教材价格6.5元。即：3-6年级（2盒）：13元／生·学期，7-8年级（3盒）：19.5元／生·学期，9年级（2盒）：13元／生·学期。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">民办学历教育学校由学校自主确定学费、住宿费等标准后，要在招生简章、学校网站等公示收费项目和收费标准。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">根据赣发改收费字〔2013〕705号及赣市价费字〔2013〕29号文件精神，结合我县实际，经研究，全县幼儿园收费项目和标准如下：</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（一）公办全日制幼儿园收费项目和标准</span></strong></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">1、县幼儿园保育教育费收费标准：1500元／生·学期；</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2、农村普通幼儿园保育教育费收费标准：乡（镇）中心幼儿园为120元／月·生，乡镇以下普通幼儿园为100元／月·生。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">3、农村小学附设学前班保育教育费收费标准：附设学前班：80元／月·生；附设幼儿班：100元／月·生。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">4、根据寻府办抄字〔2014〕80号精神，乡镇中心幼儿园参照同级公办幼儿园收费标准并结合自身运营成本合理确定收费标准。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（二）民办幼儿园收费</span></strong></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">民办幼儿园由学校自行确定收费标准，不再办理收费备案。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（三）加强服务性收费与代收费管理</span></strong></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">幼儿园为在园幼儿教育、生活提供方便而代收代管的费用，应遵循“家长自愿，据实收取，及时结算，定期公布”的原则，不得与保教费一并统一收取。幼儿园不得收取书本费。具体收费项目和标准如下：</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">1、服务收费：伙食费：700元／生·学期。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">伙食费实行学期结算制度，学期结束时，幼儿园应公布伙食费收支情况，接受家长、群众监督。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2、代收费：园服费</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
