border: 0px; width: 537px; display: block;"></div><p style="margin-top: 26px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"><span class="bjh-p">今年以来，全市公安机关精心组织、周密谋划、突出重点，大力强化清查收缴、网上治理、隐患排查、查缉管控等专项工作，严管严控枪爆物品，严厉打击整治枪爆违法犯罪。目前，全市共破获涉枪涉爆案件170起，抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人199名，捣毁制枪窝点2个，收缴各类枪支1000余支、子弹3万余发、炸药8000余公斤、雷管万余枚，检查涉爆涉枪从业单位180余家，发现安全隐患306起，其中现场整改296起、限期整改10起，专项行动取得了显著成效。</span></p><div class="img-container" style="margin-top: 30px; font-family: arial;"><span class="bjh-p">我国《刑法》第一百二十八条的规定：违反枪支管理规定，非法持有、私藏枪支、弹药的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 22px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"><span class="bjh-p">另《最高人民法院关于审理非法制造、买卖、运输枪支、弹药、爆炸物等刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》规定，非法持有、私藏以压缩气体等为动力的其它非军用枪支5支以上的，为“情节严重”；基准刑为有期徒刑三年，如果超过5支，每增加1支，刑期增加六个月。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 22px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"><span class="bjh-p">赣州警方提醒广大市民，自觉抵制非法枪支弹药、爆炸物品，积极举报涉枪支、弹药、爆炸物品、仿真枪等违法犯罪活动线索。对窝藏、包庇涉枪涉爆违法犯罪分子，帮助违法犯罪分子毁灭、伪造证据的，警方将依法追究法律责任。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 22px;
