改革开放40周年｜江西交通基础设施畅通对外开放大通道

10px;">改革开放以来，随着经济社会的快速发展，交通运输需求强劲增长，江西省不断加大交通设施基础的建设力度，推动了交通运输总体保持良好发展态势，为经济和社会发展提供了有力支撑。特别是进入新世纪后，江西省鼓励社会资本与交通基础设施建设，并取得了巨大成就，实现了跨越式发展，为全省社会经济发展提供了坚实的交通基础设施保障。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;">9月20日，在江西省“见证改革开放 继续砥砺前行”专题新闻发布会上，江西省交通运输厅副厅长谢德强介绍，江西交通基础设施取得巨大成就。</p><p style="text-align: center;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 1.75em;">截止到2017年底，全省公路总里程达到162285公里，是1978年公路里程的5.5倍。普通国道二级及以上比例达到87%。1989年江西省第一条高速公路——南昌至九江高速公路正式开工，1996年全线通车，实现了零的突破。2014年实现县县通高速，2017年江西省高速公路通车里程接近6000公里，打通了28个出省高速公路通道。普通国道二级及以上比例达到87％，省道二级及以上等级公路比例达到48％。2018年上半年全省25户以上自然村基本实现通水泥路。</p><p 1.75em;">赣江石虎塘航电枢纽、南昌至九江二级航道、南昌龙头岗码头等一批重大水运设施项目先后建成，赣江、信江三级航道项目全部落地，全省形成了以赣江及鄱阳湖航道为主，联通抚河、信江、饶河、修河等101条主要通航河流的水运网络。目前，全省航道通航总里程5716公里，2000吨级船舶可从长江直达南昌港。截至2017年底，全省有内河港口生产用码头泊位1562个，千吨以上深水泊位156个；年吞吐量万吨以上的港口有55个。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 1.75em;">谢德强表示，下一步将加快完善三级路网体系，确保到2020年通车里程突破6300公里，普通国道二级及以上比重达95%。确保到2019年底赣江三级通航，2020年底信江三级通航，赣江高等级航道606公里将实现全线贯通。推进长江江西段6米深水航道建设，基本建成江海直达、干支联通的水运体系。配套建成九江港彭泽港区红光等6个综合码头和九江港城西等4条疏港铁路专用线以及9条疏港公路建设，逐步建成畅通、高效、平安、绿色的现代水运体系。</p><p justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 15px;">谈到省委十四届六次全会提出的强化“南下”“东进”“长江航运”三条开放大通道，谢德强说，今年底和明年有一批高速公路要开工建设。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 1.75em;">南下方面，2018年、2019年江西省将力争开工建设大广高速公路南康至龙南、吉安至南康段扩容工程。同时，赣粤两省新增信丰至南雄、寻乌至龙川2条高速公路省际通道。此外，将原规划的宜春至遂川高速公路调整为宜春至大余高速公路。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 1.75em;">东进方面，目前正开展沪昆高速改扩建工程前期工作，力争2019年开工建设。同时，积极推进上饶至浦城（福建）、赣皖界至婺源等高速公路前期工作，力争两项目在年底前开工建设。</p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 1.75em;">长江航运方面，以九江港为核心建设现代化的区域性航运中心。加快推进井冈山航电枢纽、新干航电枢纽、石虎塘-神岗山航道整治工程等项目建设，推进万安枢纽二线船闸、八字嘴航电枢纽、双港航运枢纽、界牌至双港渠化航道整治工程、双港至褚溪河口湖区航道整治工程等项目前期工作。</p><p style="text-align: 1.75em;">据谢德强介绍，江西交通运输部门在指导九江港、南昌港和赣州港等地在推动多式联运，推进大宗货物运输“公转铁、公转水”等方面做了一些有益的探索与实践。其中，赣州港“一带一路”多式联运示范工程被交通运输部列入第二批多式联运示范工程项目，已陆续打通满洲里、二连浩特、阿拉山口、霍尔果斯等4个沿边重要出入境通道，辐射100多个国家和地区。下一步，加快推动赣江信江高等级航道建设；着力打通江西省主要港口“最后一公里”，目前，彭郎矶作业区、三汊港-泗山作业区等疏港公路已开工建设；适时启动配套的湖口港区疏港铁路前期工作，支持南昌港龙头岗综合枢纽物流园建设；积极争取省政府出台支持九江江海直达区域航运中心建设相关配套政策，积极支持符合条件的企业申请列入多式联运示范工程。</p><p><br></p><p
