box-sizing: border-box !important;">一位长年“海淘”的消费者表示，主要担心的问题就是成本。所有的税收、经营成本最终还是会由消费者来买单，“羊毛出在羊身上”。而更多消费者认为，代购纳入监管是好事，至少以后能找到地方追责，海淘也“有法可依”，不再怕买到假货或是售后推卸责任的问题。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; max-width: 100%;
