font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="font-size: 18px;">智能交通指挥监控系统，包括城区所有高清路口电子警察、监控设备、卡口监控。对全县重点路段主要国、省道、城区道路进行24小时的监控，同步显示在指挥中心的高清大屏幕上。<strong>这些无形的“眼睛”监督着道路上的车辆和交通参与者，任何闯红灯、违反导向行驶、逆向行驶等交通违法行为都逃不过它的“法眼”。同时，</strong></strong><strong style="text-indent: 2em;font-size: 18px;">改造江东大道红绿灯、东门路口红绿灯、城北路口红绿灯实行智能配时（根据红绿灯路口车流量自动配红绿灯等待和通行时间）。新东大道红绿灯升级为绿波带。</strong></p><p style="margin: 5px auto; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="font-size: 18px;">交通指挥中心连接卡口和红绿灯信号系统工程，利用交通技术监控设备，及时采集与存储车辆动态轨迹信息，为实时指挥交通和出警及侦查破案，提供原始视频和图像数据。通过视频巡查能够及时发现交通堵点，指挥调度警力迅速赶赴堵点疏堵保畅。判研布控岗通过综合开展图像研判，筛选出有伪造、变造号牌及使用其他机动车号牌等严重涉牌违法行为，分析其活动范围、活动规律、驾驶人体貌特征等，为民警在路面查缉提供有价值的情况信息，实施精确打击。以后连入重点车辆的GPS信息，通过综合应用平台，可以对重点车辆（如客运车辆、城市出租车、校车、危险化学品运输车辆等）实施动态管理。交通指挥中心还能够为其他办案单位提供视频数据查询服务。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">在此，提醒广大机动车驾驶人严格遵守，自觉维护道路交通秩序，共同营造安全、文明、畅通有序的道路交通环境。</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="margin: 5px auto;
