15px;">，全省建设工程企业相关从业人员在当地住房城乡建设、行政审批等主管部门办理相关业务前，需先完成实名制信息登记。实名制登记是需要较长时间逐步完成的工作，开始阶段参加登记人员较多，各地主管部门可根据企业实际情况，在办理业务前组织人员分期分批完成实名制登记。不需要办理业务的企业和人员，可不必在近期集中登记。</span></p><p style="max-width: ②取得住房城乡建设行政主管部门核发的各类岗位证书（或考核证书）的人员：安全三类人员、特种作业人员、施工现场专业岗位人员、建设工程质量检测机构试验检测人员、技能鉴定技工人员、现有取得全国建设工程造价员资格人员等；</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-family: 方法1：使用江西住建云个人服务平台进行信息完善。个人登陆http://zjy.jxjst.gov.cn，进入“江西住建云平台”，选择“个人服务平台”登录，在登陆窗口输入个人身份证号码及密码（初始密码为身份证的后6位），登陆成功后，按要求完善手机认证、个人证件照、学历信息、工作履历等个人信息，并确认提交。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 方法2：使用微信小程序进行个人信息完善。使用微信搜索“江西住建云个人服务平台”或扫描小程序二维码直接访问江西住建云个人服务平台小程序。微信登录并授权后，通过人脸识别完成微信账号与个人身份证号码绑定。绑定成功后，可按要求补充完善个人证件照等信息。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;color: rgb(51, 51, 个人身份信息和基本信息登记完成后，企业和从业人员经双向确认进行聘用关系登记。企业访问“江西住建云平台”http://zjy.jxjst.gov.cn，凭原“江西省住房和城乡建设厅行政审批系统”CA锁，登录“企业服务平台”，输入聘用人员个人身份证号，填写合同聘用期，并发起聘用关系登记请求；聘用人员本人登录“江西住建云个人服务平台小程序”（人脸识别），确认聘用关系无误后，完成聘用关系登记。</span></p><p rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 15px;"> 个人同时只能与一家企业登记唯一聘用关系，企业及人员必须严格依据双方劳动合同，登记真实聘用关系。此次登记的聘用关系将与我厅“四库一平台”数据库关联，自动匹配注册类人员、现场管理人员、三类人员及其他现有证书人员信息，如聘用关系与证书登记企业信息不一致，将影响个人证书使用及企业业务的办理。</span></p><p
