寻乌首例恶势力“保护伞”案件一嫌疑人被检察院逮捕！

根据修改后刑事诉讼法的规定，我院对犯罪嫌疑人邝某某先行拘留，这是刑事诉讼法修改后我院作出拘留的第一例监察委移送职务犯罪案件。我院高度重视该案的办理，并与监察委积极沟通协调，实现案件的高效无缝对接，为新刑诉法实施后检察机关办理职务犯罪案件积累了经验。我院严格按照办案程序对案件事实、证据进行了全面审查，于2019年1月18日作出逮捕决定。目前，该案正在进一步审查办理中。</span></p><p
