background-color: rgb(246, 246, 245); box-sizing: border-box;"><section class="" data-width="100%" style="max-width: 100%; width: 100%; font-size: 14px;">着力提升教师思想政治素质。组织广大教师深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，树牢“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，坚决做到“两个维护”。充分利用井冈山精神、苏区精神等红色文化资源，加强中华优秀传统文化和革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育。加强学校党建工作，将全面从严治党要求落实到每个教师党支部和教师党员，每年至少开展1次教师党支部书记轮训。到2020年前，创建150个市级中小学党建示范点。 健全师德师风建设长效机制。实施师德师风建设工程，设立“师德好人榜”，大力挖掘优秀教师先进事迹，讲好赣州师德故事。完善师德考评制度，在教师资格注册、职称评聘、评优奖励、课题申报等工作中，实行师德表现“一票否决”制。完善师德惩处制度，对危害严重、影响恶劣的，坚决清除出教师队伍。 加大中小学教师教育培训力度。举办全市中小学校青年教师教学技能提升和展示活动。严格落实中小学教师五年一周期、不少于360学时的全员培训制度。实施“名师工作室”计划，开展名师送教活动。加大中小学紧缺学科教师、学科竞赛教练员和名师、名校长培训力度，每年遴选200名优秀中青年校长进行研修培训。创建市内外校长交流研讨平台，选派中小学校长到发达地区教育机构挂职锻炼。 加强幼儿教师队伍建设。大力支持赣州师范高等专科学校办好学前教育专业，大力培养初中毕业起点的五年制专科层次幼儿教师，按不低于20%的比例单列男性幼儿教师培养计划。创新幼儿园教师培训模式，依托赣州师范高等专科学校和优质幼儿园，重点采取集中培训与跟岗实践相结合的方式培训幼儿教师。推动各类幼儿园按照国家相关规定配备卫生保健人员。加强学前教育教研队伍建设，各县（市、区）要配备1名以上专职教研员。 深化教师管理体制机制改革。对乡村小规模学校实行编制倾斜政策，按照生师比与班师比相结合的方式核定编制，确保每个教学点至少有1.5名教职工编制。支持职业院校专设流动岗位，适应我市主导产业、优势产业和战略性新兴产业发展和参与国内外产业竞争需求，引进行业企业一流人才，吸引具有创新实践经验的企业家、高科技人才、高技能人才兼职任教。 不断提高教师地位和待遇。聘用教师控制数教师享受当地在编教师同等工资待遇，按国家和省、市有关规定足额缴纳养老保险、医疗保险等社会保险费，并依法享受各项社会保险待遇。加强乡村教师周转宿舍建设，新招聘进入村级小学的教师，由乡镇人民政府解决其居住住房，将乡村教师住房纳入地方人才住房建设统筹安排。 全面落实各级党委政府的责任。提高政治站位，实行一把手负责制，切实加强对本地区教师队伍建设改革的组织领导，并将教师队伍建设改革列入督查督导工作的重点内容，并将结果作为党政领导班子及领导干部考核评价、奖惩任免的重要参考。</section><section data-width="100%" style="margin-top: 10px;
