0);">2018年8月22日下午，蓝某某驾驶赣BK****二轮摩托车（载潘某某）从寻乌县澄江镇北亭村往澄江镇方向行驶，行驶至寻乌县澄江镇北亭村某小组路段时路段时，发现路边有一个小男孩在路边玩耍，但已经来不及刹车直接把男孩撞倒在地，当时蓝某某看到小男孩倒地后一动不动心里非常害怕，没有下车察看事故情况就快速驾驶摩托车回家。蓝某某回到家后，直到晚上九点多才告诉其父亲自己骑摩托车撞倒人的事，在其父亲的劝说下蓝某某于事发当晚十点向交警部门投案自首。蓝某某年仅16周岁，正值花样年华，现其对自己的违法行为感到非常后悔，也为此付出了惨痛的代价。</span></p><p 0);">经交警部门做出事故认定，蓝某某无证驾驶机动车，途经肇事地点未按操作规范安全、文明驾驶，发生事故后逃逸，应负事故的全部责任。事故发生后，伤者邹某某一直处于昏迷状态，2019年4月11日经司法鉴定部门鉴定邹某某重度颅脑损伤，损伤程度为重伤二级。交警部门根据刑法的相关规定，于2019年4月15日对该起事故以交通肇事案立案，并于4月16日以交通肇事罪将蓝某某刑事拘留。</span></p><p><span
