yahei""="">经依法审查查明：2016年上半年，被告人严某某纠集被告人魏某某等人合伙在寻乌县城及周边乡镇一带开设“钓虾公”赌场。2016年7月1日，被告人严某某、魏某某等人租赁位于寻乌县国际商业中心的沿河街店面，成立“转来料”茶庄，主要从事放高利贷，将欠赌场机头钱的赌民带至茶庄写借条，转化为合法债务。自2016年7月1日至2018年7月间，被告人严某某、魏某某等人先后纠集和网罗了被告人黎某某、范某某、刘某甲、赖某某、凌某某、温某某、尹某某、罗某某、邝某某、彭某某、黄某某、谢某某、刘某乙、潘某某、钟某甲、刘某丙、胡某某、钟某乙等一批刑满释放人员和社会无业人员，形成以被告人严某某为组织、领导者，被告人魏某某、黎某某等20余人为成员的黑社会性质犯罪组织。</span></p><p
