letter-spacing: 0.544px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>寻乌县积极践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，在推进山水林田湖草综合治理与生态修复的过程中，走出一条“生态+”治理发展道路，将治理包袱转化为生态价值。一是“生态+工业”，在治理石排连片稀土工矿废弃地时，依托其靠近县城的优越区位、紧邻206国道的便利交通、比较平整的地貌特征，将其打造成工业用地，目前已开发建设工业园区用地7000亩，入驻企业50家，新增就业岗位近万个，直接收益5.12亿元以上。二是“生态+光伏”，通过引进社会资本投入，在石排村、上甲村治理区荒坡上建设爱康、诺通两个光伏发电站，装机容量达35兆瓦，年发电量3875万千瓦时，年收入可达3970万元。三是“生态+扶贫”，综合治理开发矿区周边土地，建设高标准农田1800多亩，利用矿区整治土地种植油茶和其他经济作物2600多亩，既改善了生态环境,又促进了农民增收。四是“生态+观光”，利用采矿遗址丰富矿山文化生态，修建自行车道，逐步壮大文旅休闲产业。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0.544px; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>这样和谐的景象，在寻乌的其他乡村司空见惯，但在这里重现，却经历了较长一段时间。文峰乡上甲村联塘组村民谢立新介绍，上世纪70年代，联塘及附近村组开始开采稀土，山林被毁坏、良田被掩埋。稀土开采最盛的时候，仅柯树塘区域同时就有300多台挖机日夜作业。由于环境恶化、水源污染、道路也被毁，上世纪八九十年代起，村庄里就没有人种水稻了，村民全部外迁，这里成了一个“空村”。</span></p><section style='max-width: 100%;
