寻乌解放记：敌军举白旗出城投降

min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> </p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 1949年6月中旬，为了打开赣南的局面，确保南方解放区的安全，闽粤赣边区第一地委（梅州地委前身）决定，派地委秘书黄戈平驻平远筹划解放寻乌的工作，成立了寻乌县党的临时领导机构——中共闽粤赣边寻乌县工作委员会。同时，县工委决定组织以“永宁工作队”为代号的干部训练班，从一支队抽调10余名战士和寻乌籍为主的进步青年、学生共50余人，在平远仁居中学集训学习。寻乌县工委的主要任务是加强寻乌干部的培训和做好解放寻乌的一切工作。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 7月，在解放军粤赣湘边纵队东江二支队负责赣南方面的特派员刘国祥、卢纯青指导下，寻乌人民保安队在神光正式成立。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 8月26日黄昏，解放军48军143师427团政治部副主任王非、团民运股长张载之、一营营长孙玉禄率一营主力从安远城出发，执行解放寻乌的任务。经芦村、官铺、太阳关、三标等地沿寻乌河前进。同日，国民党寻乌县政府闻风南逃到牛斗光。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 8月27日晨，解放军427团一营到达寻乌城北郊。城内原有江西省保安团1个营驻守，其中有两个连闻风南逃，只剩下一个连留守。眼看国民党兵败如山倒，保安团时任连长曾孝农早在解放军攻下信丰时就已秘密派人联系投降。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 解放军一营指挥所设在城北的一座山坡上，王非派两名联络员进城联系，但两人进城后迟迟未归，孙玉禄令数挺机枪对空射击以示警告，但仍无动静。正当解放军准备向县城发起攻击时，只见4个国民党兵打着白旗出城，其中一上尉军官就是曾孝农。张载之向曾孝农了解了城内情况后，即率一连分两支队伍进城。为防敌人有诈，战士们都弹上膛刀出鞘端枪前进，随时准备战斗。曾孝农把该连官兵集中在广场上，架好枪支交出名册，然后带队出场等待处理。解放军一连长李士增带两个排在广场周围警戒，指导员陈永升带1个排开进广场清点人数、收缴武器弹药。经核实，投降之曾孝农连队近200人。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 1949年8月27日，寻乌城解放。人们欢欣鼓舞，奔走相告，并纷纷走上街头欢呼胜利。解放当天，寻乌县人民政府宣告成立，随即进行了大量的各方面的接管工作。经过短短的10天时间，接管了国民党寻乌县政府、警察局、邮电局、电信所、印刷所、税务所等单位。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 为了肃清寻乌县境内的国民党武装残余势力，保障人民生命安全，维护社会安宁，驻寻解放军在民兵的密切配合下，开展了声势浩大的剿匪收枪反霸运动。8月29日，在解放军427团一营、东江二支队二团和寻乌人民保安队的强大政治、军事攻势下，企图逃跑的国民党赣州专署警卫营被迫缴械投降。</p><section class="" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="91642" style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 寻乌县以城市“双修”为主线，着力补短板、惠民生、提品质，大力推进山体、水体、绿地、卫生、环境等五大治理。完成了县城规划区山体复绿、黄岗山公园桂岭天香及二期（东侧）建设。城乡规划、城镇排水排污管网和建制镇污水处理厂、城乡生活垃圾填埋实现全覆盖。新建城市主干道3.6公里，打通城区断头路2.6公里，新增停车位700余个、绿地游园23.3万平方米，新（扩）建农贸市场2个，完成棚户区改造1264户，县道升级改造111.5公里、乡道双车道拓宽改造67.4公里、村道窄路面改造65.8公里，G236县城至菖蒲虎石段、S458南桥至吊神排段等公路竣工通车，东江源生态移民小镇及东江源温泉养生小镇成功纳入市级特色小镇创建名单，客家风情小镇成为城市新名片。生态环境质量稳步提升，空气质量达到国家二级标准，饮用水源水质长期稳定在Ⅱ类、出境断面水水质稳定在Ⅲ类。全力打造山水林田湖草生态保护修复全国示范样板工程，中央电视台等国家级媒体多次播报有关经验做法。被列为“第二批绿色低碳试点县”。</p><p style='max-width: 100%;
