color: inherit; letter-spacing: 0.544px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">经查，原县矿管局作为矿企监督牵头抓总单位，在日常监管工作中方法简单、流于形式，对发现的问题没有下发整改通知，仅以口头通知的方式要求企业进行整改，也未督促官山钨业加大资金投入，严格按照《矿山地质环境保护与恢复方案》制定措施进行环境保护与恢复治理；原县国土局对官山钨业沿途及周边碎石厂违规用地行为未及时发现并查处；原县环保局对官山钨业污水外排、尾矿库容不足、废水沉淀不充分、废石未按规定堆放等问题虽已督促整改，但后续跟踪不够；县水保局对官山钨业选矿废渣乱堆乱放污染河道问题虽已督促整改，但后续跟踪不够；陂头镇政府对辖区内企业内监管不到位，未能积极主动配合相关职能部门督促官山钨业对存在的问题进行整改。</span></p><section style="max-width: 100%;
