text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>一、开学前的准备工作</strong></span></p><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: normal;'><br></p><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>1、制定预案、责任到位。</strong>制定完善本校疫情防控方案以及应急处置预案，落实校长为第一责任人，明确学校各部门的职责，责任到人。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>2、精准摸排，跟踪到位。</strong>全面摸排教职员工外出及健康情况，全面了解学生及家长假期外出及健康情况，提前掌握师生返校（园）前14天活动和身体健康情况。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>3、注意事项，告知到位。</strong>湖北地区的师生，与新冠肺炎疑似和确诊病例有过密切接触人员暂缓到校或到学校所在地集中隔离点隔离观察14天；对来自河南省，浙江省温州市，安徽省安庆市、阜阳市，以及我省明确的疫情的县区（根据我省卫健委发布的省新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情县区风险等级评估情况，动态调整）等重点疫区师生，实行居家隔离观察14天。凡是有发热、咳嗽等症状的暂时不能返校。提醒学生来校途中需戴口罩、在学校大门口接受体温检测，住校生返校时自备一些口罩，校外人员和车辆未经同意不准进入校园。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>4、隔离场所，准备到位。</strong>在校园内设置临时隔离室（区）要有醒目标识，配备相应设施（休息床、椅子、水银体温计等）和指定专人管理。用于临时隔离安置入校及晨午检出现发热等症状的教职工学生使用。隔离人员离开后要进行消毒。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>1、错时开学、错峰返校。</strong>中小学分年级错时报到，返校时，全体学生必须携带本人返校前1周的体温记录表，记录表上必须有学生家长签字。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>2、把住进门关。</strong>报到时，住宿生排队报到，相隔一米距离，进校前更换口罩洗手消毒方可进校。在醒目位置设置专用废弃口罩垃圾桶（加盖），健康人群佩戴的口罩，毁形后按照生活垃圾分类的要求处理即可。发热患者佩戴的口罩，不可随意丢弃，严格按照医疗废弃物有关流程处理。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>1、以多种形式开展健康教育，尽早组织全体教职员工开展新型冠状病毒感染防控知识和技能的培训，倡导师生践行健康生活方式，提高自身免疫力。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>2、落实晨午检制度，如有出现发热、咳嗽等症状的学生，应立即送往隔离室（区），转送至就近的医疗机构发热门诊并及时通知家长。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>3、每天开展因病缺勤监测，对体温大于等于37.3℃的教师、学生、后勤保障人员不得入校，每天对因病缺勤的教师、学生、后勤保障人员进行电话随访，及时了解掌握健康状况。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>8、学生宿舍按要求开窗通风。每天通风3-5次，每天至少30分钟，并进行每天消毒1次。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>9、加强食堂卫生管理，按要求开窗通风。每天通风3-5次，每次至少30分钟。有条件的学校实行配餐制，若无条件要错峰用餐，避免人员密集，禁止扎堆进餐，用餐时教职工、学生之间保持在1米以上，取餐时前后人员要保持1米以上。</p><p style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>（一）教职工、学生出现发热、干咳、乏力等可疑症状时，一律不得进入教室和办公室，应及时到隔离室（区）进行暂时隔离，立即安排到就近的医疗机构发热门诊排查。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: normal;'><br></section><p style='font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;'>（二）配合疾病预防控制中心工作人员开展流行病学调查。</p><section style='font-size: 1em; text-indent: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong>1、地面、墙壁：</strong><span style='text-indent: 2em; color: inherit;'>配制浓度为1000mg/L含氯消毒液（配制方法举例：某含氯消毒液，有效氯含量为5%-6%，配制时取1份消毒液，加入49份水）。消毒作用时间应不少于15分钟。</span></p><section style='font-size: 1em;
