box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>1、截止到今年6月30日，企业在疫情防控期间已申请缓缴（缓缴期限为6个月）并经市中心批准同意的，或企业未能及时缴存住房公积金并已补缴的，其职工申请住房公积金贷款时，视同正常缴存，不影响职工住房公积金贷款资格。超过缓缴期限的，按照现行政策执行。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>2、受疫情影响人员办理住房公积金贷款业务时，如果提供的资料时限超过规定有效期的，可延长资料有效期至今年6月30日。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(227, 108, 9); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>受疫情影响人员未能正常还款的，可延后还款期至今年6月30日，不作逾期处理，不作为逾期记录报送征信部门，已报送的予以调整</span>。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>4、住房公积金贷款有逾期的，必须在今年7月1日之前结清逾期贷款本息。否则，按照现行政策计算罚息并将逾期记录报送征信部门。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> <strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>五、因受疫情影响，申请办理住房公积金提取或贷款业务需要做资料时限延长（后）处理的，需申请人本人提供《承诺书》</strong>，承诺本人在疫情防控期间，属于“因感染新型冠状肺炎住院治疗或隔离人员、疫情防控需要隔离观察人员、参加疫情防控工作人员或受疫情影响暂时失去收入来源的人员”何类人员的相关说明。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 六、落实《住房和城乡建设部 财政部 人民银行 关于改进住房公积金缴存机制进一步降低企业成本的通知》（建金〔2018〕45号）要求，对于受疫情影响导致生产经营困难的企业按规定申请降低住房公积金缴存比例和缓缴住房公积金的，各办事处要尽快核实情况，并报市中心审批。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
