15px;'>1、资格复审的所有考生要如实填写前14天《健康申报表》（见附件1），先扫描“赣州通行码”登记相关信息绿码，后扫描“行程码”《通信大数据行程卡》（见附件2）获取行程轨迹。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='color: #0c0c0c;font-size: 15px;'>2、凡14天内有疫情中高风险地区及国（境）外旅居史的考生，原则上不得参加此次线下资格复审及面试，此类人员资格复审及面试方式另行确定。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='color: #0c0c0c;font-size: 15px;'>3、现场资格复审及面试期间人员出现发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难等症状的，必须立即向现场工作人员报告,并离开现场前往（不得乘坐公共交通工具）寻乌县人民医院发热门诊就医。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='color: #0c0c0c;font-size: 15px;'>4、所有参加资格复审的考生及参与复审的工作人员，特别是非寻乌籍人员，自资格审查后至面试结束前不得离开寻乌，在当地不组织、不参与聚集性活动、不去人员密集的公共场所。在酒店住宿的考生，必须保持资格复审地点、酒店“两点一线”。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='color: #0c0c0c;font-size:
