14px;'>在富硒、足硒土壤优势区域建设富硒农产品种植示范基地3万亩，其中：水果基地2.2万亩、蔬菜基地0.4万亩、粮食（含红薯）基地0.3万亩、油茶基地0.1万亩；建设县级以上富硒农产品高标准示范基地60个。其中2020年，完成示范基地1万亩，建设示范基地20个。</span></p><p><strong><span style='font-size: 14px;'><span style='color: #00b050;'>（二）认证一批富硒产品。</span></span></strong><span style='font-size: 14px;'>通过富硒产品认证60个；培育扶持从事富硒农产品开发的龙头企业（加工基地）15个。其中2020年，完成富硒产品认证20个，培育龙头企业（加工基地）5个。</span></p><p><strong><span 种植示范基地：</span>通过申请并经县农业农村局、果业局等部门同意，对新型经营主体（企业、合作社、家庭农场），集中连片建设富硒农产品种植基地面积100亩以上，达到了富硒农产品建设标准的基地，县财政按<span style='color: #c0504d;'>每亩100元的标准给予奖补，奖补金额最高上限为2万元。</span></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'><span style='color: #00b050;'>2. 加工示范基地：</span>通过申请并经县农业农村局、果业局等部门同意，对符合条件的市级龙头企业建设、建成富硒农产品加工基地的，并经审核验收达到条件的，<span style='color: #c0504d;'>县财政给予每个基地2万元的奖补，其他企业（含合作社）给予1万元的奖补。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style='color: #00b050;font-size: 14px;'>（二）产品认证奖励支持</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>通过申请并经县农业农村局、果业局等部门同意，经国家认监委授权机构对生长过程自然富集而非收获后人工添加硒的农产品认证，<span style='color: #c0504d;'>获得认证证书的龙头企业，县财政按每个产品认证3万元的标准给予认证补助；获得认证证书的新型经营主体，县财政按每个产品认证2万元的标准给予认证补助。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style='color: #00b050;font-size: 14px;'>（三）品牌营销政策支持</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>1. 优先鼓励参与国家、省部级各类节会、展会，多渠道进行宣传推介。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>2. 对获得富硒农产品认证的企业、产品，发挥中宣部对口支援和深圳帮扶合作的优势，在国内知名度高的中央电视台、报刊、网络平台、新媒体进行重点宣传推介。</span></p><p><strong><span style='color: #00b050;font-size: 14px;'>（四）信贷支持</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>1. 对获认证的富硒农产品经营主体，优先安排农业产业振兴信贷通，<span style='color: #c0504d;'>给予最高授信额度为200万元，由县财政据实给予30%贴息，贴息期限三年。</span></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>2. 对获认证的富硒农产品市级以上龙头企业，优先安排农业产业振兴信贷通，<span
