font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">1、遵守国家法律法规，热爱残疾人事业，具有敬业和奉献精神，作风正派，在残疾人中有较高威信；</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">2、熟悉残疾人工作业务知识，具备一定的组织能力，能够独立履行岗位职责和具备履行工作职责所必须的身体条件，具有本县户籍，以及在县城范围内有房产并常住；</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">1、报名时间：6月29日至7月1日。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">2、报名地点和方式：符合条件的应聘者到县残联办公室报名，联系电话：2830316，联系人：马历强。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">3、报名要求：提供以下材料原件和复印件：本人身份证和户口簿、学历证书、《中华人民共和国第二代残疾人证》。提交近期大一寸免冠彩照3张。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">4、户籍不在长宁镇或文峰乡的，必须提供县城有房产的证明。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（二）考试考试采取直接面试方式，实行100分制，由县残联对符合资格的人员进行面试。面试主要考核应聘者的语言表达能力（20分）、综合分析能力（20分）、责任感与进取心（20分）、仪表气质（10分）、《残疾人保障法》（30分）等方面的综合素质。面试时间及地点另行通知。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（三）体检体检由县残联组织实施，体检参照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》有关规定执行，体检费用由应聘者自理。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（四）考核考核由县残联负责，主要对拟聘人员思想政治、道德品质以及有无违法违纪等情况进行考核，并对其资格条件进行复审。考核可采取函调或实地考核方式进行。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（五）公示与录用根据考核结果确定拟聘人选，并将拟聘人员名单在县残联机关院内张贴公示3个工作日，如体检、考核不合格出现拟聘职位空缺的，将按规定在面试成绩合格的同职位考生中，从高分到低分进行等额递补，并按规定对递补者进行体检、考核。拟聘人选名单经公示无异议的或有异议经查不实的，按有关规定办理聘用手续。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">四、其他事项</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">1、待遇保障。工资及岗位补贴每月2200元，中餐补贴每月330元，并按国家有关规定缴交社保、医保。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">2、人员管理。助残服务人员实行聘任制，由县残联聘用，实行一年一聘；对考核合格的，给予续聘；对于当年度考核不合格的予以解聘。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">3、工作纪律。助残服务人员须遵守单位的各项规章制度，对因工作失误造成严重后果或有严重违纪行为的，依法予以解聘。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;
