style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>为了公共利益需要，根据寻乌县土地利用总体规划，经县政府研究，决定拟征收寻乌县东江源温泉养生小镇配套基础设施项目征收范围内的集体土地。依照《中华人民共和国土地管理法》《江西省实施<中华人民共和国土地管理法>办法》《江西省征收土地管理办法》等相关法律规定，现将有关事项告知如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>一、规划用途</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>拟征收土地规划用途为公共设施用地。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>二、被征地位置</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>土地座落：拟征收土地位于晨光镇民裕村热水小组；具体征收范围见拟征收红线范围图。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>三、被征地权属单位</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>本次拟征收土地所有权人为晨光镇民裕村热水村民小组，最终以现场调查确认结果为准。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>四、征地面积及主要地类</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>（一）土地面积：约7.41亩，最终以现场调查确认结果为准；</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>（二）主要地类：耕地、园地、林地、农村集体建设用地，最终以现场调查确认结果为准。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>五、征收土地补偿、青苗及附属物等补偿</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>征地补偿、青苗及地面附着物补偿按《江西省人民政府关于公布全省征地区片综合地价的通知》（赣府字〔2020〕9号）、《寻乌县人民政府关于公布实施全县征地区片综合地价的通知》（寻府字〔2020〕37号）文件规定的标准执行。具体补偿如下：</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>晨光镇：</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>宅基地补偿标准：36100元/亩；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>集体建设用地补偿标准：36100元/亩；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>水田补偿标准：36100元/亩；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>旱地补偿标准：36100元/亩；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>林地补偿标准：14440元/亩；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>荒山荒地补偿标准：10830元/亩。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>六、安置政策</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>被征收土地所涉及的农业人口采取货币补偿、社会保险方式予以安置，具体以省、市、县相关政策文件为准。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>七、告知期限</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;color: #ffffff;'>本告知期限自2020年7月16日至2020年7月30日（十个工作日）。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>八、自本告知书发布之日起，任何单位和个人在被征收土地范围内抢栽、抢种的青苗和抢建的建筑物、构筑物一律不予补偿。</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 0);'><strong>九、本告知书下发后，将组织对拟征收土地的权属、地类、面积以及地上青苗、附着物权属、种类、规格、数量等进行调查，拟被征地的农村集体经济组织、农户以及其他青苗地上附着物所有人应予以配合。</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255,
