text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>在江西省寻乌县吉潭镇吉潭村的中心位置，宽敞的文化广场一侧，矗立着一幢三层小楼。每天下午3时起，小楼内外便开始热闹起来：一群群老年人或在红色点歌厅唱歌，或在舞蹈室跳舞，或在活动室看“学习强国”；青少年们有的在乒乓球室打球锻炼，有的在图书室看书学习；到了晚上，多支广场舞队伍在文化广场上随着音乐跳动，更是热闹非凡。</span><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 这里就是吉潭村整合党群服务中心、综合文化服务中心、社区养老服务中心等基层阵地资源打造的新时代文明实践站，已然成为村民们精神生活的共同家园。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 近年来，寻乌县坚持“就近就便、便民惠民”的原则，用活现有场所，形成了阵地共建、信息共享、成果共用的立体化新时代文明实践融通格局——一方面，建设党群服务中心、新时代文明实践站、综合文化服务中心、社区养老服务中心“四合一”文明实践综合体；另一方面，鼓励布局分散或人口较多的自然村，利用闲置校舍、祠堂及村民闲置房屋等场所，建设新时代文明实践点，形成一站多点的“1+N”阵地体系。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> “目前，我们已经建立了新时代文明实践中心（所、站）436个，实现了县、乡、村全覆盖，做到了群众在哪里，阵地就建在哪里。”寻乌县委常委、宣传部长黄斌说。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> “民法维护老有依，没有子女也安乐；养老提供新思路，彰显民法典传承……”在寻乌县澄江镇周田村新时代文明实践站，当地“百姓名嘴”王焕平清亮的山歌声响起，吸引了一大批村民前往聆听。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 王焕平是土生土长的周田村人。从小热爱山歌的他，前几年开始把党的政策、法律知识、乡风文明等内容与当地传唱的山歌调结合起来，自编自唱了一批独具特色的山歌，群众亲切地称他为“山歌老王”。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 为更好地宣传党的创新理论，寻乌县出台了《新时代文明实践理论宣讲实施方案》，从全县挖掘、选拔、培养了一批政治觉悟和理论水平高、表达能力强，能用乡音乡语、山歌故事等宣讲理论、分析形势的“百姓名嘴”，打造出“理论先导”“党员先锋”“技术专家”“法润乡风”“学习强国”“文艺轻骑兵”“小小少年”“最美巾帼”“追梦青年”等特色宣讲队伍，充分利用各个新时代文明实践阵地平台，让他们结合自身的工作生活经历，用亲切朴实、通俗易懂的语言、生动多样的形式，向广大群众讲述一个个感人的扶贫脱贫等现实生产生活故事，进一步激发了当地党员干部战斗在扶贫一线的工作热情，以及群众不甘贫穷、感恩奋进的斗志。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 赣南苏区振兴发展与脱贫攻坚战取得的巨大成就，让寻乌人民深切感恩党、感恩总书记。寻乌县在新时代文明实践活动中，因势利导，大力开展感恩教育活动。通过开展“我向国旗报个到”“我到实践站打个卡”“我为孝老尽份心”等活动，营造爱国爱党、崇德向善的良好社会氛围。一系列以“寻源、寻福、寻味、寻梦”为主题的文明实践志愿活动，用“小切口”宣传“大思想”，增强了新时代文明实践活动的吸引力、引导力和影响力，使文明实践更接地气、更具活力、更有温度。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 寻乌县南桥镇南龙村新时代文明实践站里，有个房间摆满了脸盆、水桶、洗手液、洗衣液以及大米、食用油等商品，乍一看还以为是小卖部。原来，这里是文明实践站的积分兑换室，村民凭参加新时代文明实践活动赚取的积分，每月可到这里来兑换相同分值的商品。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> “参加产业技能培训，每次积1分；推荐到乡镇且被评为文明家庭的，积5分……”村里的党建宣传员谢萍指着墙上张贴的《南龙村新时代文明实践家庭积分办法》告诉记者，表上详细列举出村民参加活动的积分办法，她的一项重要工作就是将村民的积分登记到一本本新时代文明实践积分存折上。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 推行新时代文明实践积分制，是寻乌县的又一重大举措。该县统一出台积分管理指导意见，统一制作管理积分卡，将村（居）常住家庭全部纳入积分考核，对参加文明实践活动、志愿服务活动及获得各级各类表彰的家庭计入文明实践积分，将积分情况作为民主评议党员、群众创评、乡贤评选的重要依据，村民还可凭积分参与文明实践各项奖励兑换活动。此举充分激发了群众的内生动力，调动了广大党员干部、群众参与文明实践、助推乡村振兴的积极性和主动性。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;
