margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.33; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";'>6．职称评审与岗位聘用有效衔接。按照中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于深化职称制度改革的意见》（中办发〔2016〕77号），全市事业单位在岗位结构比例内开展职称申报推荐。各事业单位要科学合理逐年使用空缺岗位。无空缺岗位的，按“多退少补”办法过渡，择优申报推荐。事业单位申报职称时要按照《关于做好2020年职称申报评审前岗位审核工作的通知》要求，先核定空岗。按“多退少补”办法政策进行申报的，需提供相关证明材料。</span></p><p style='margin-top: 1em;
