line-height: 2em; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><founder-content style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'></founder-content></section><p style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>盛夏时节，记者来到寻乌县菖蒲乡，探索该乡推进产业扶贫助力脱贫攻坚的奥秘。百香果、鹰嘴桃、猕猴桃、火龙果、甜玉米……各种瓜果蔬菜吸引一批批游客前来采摘。</span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>长短结合，以短养长</span></strong><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 7月27日早晨，菖蒲乡虎石村的李秀云趁天气凉爽，来到自己的百香果基地忙开了：采摘、选果、装框、过称、上车……尽管汗水满面，李秀云却露出开心的笑容。“70后”的李秀云2017年开始种植百香果，现在棚架已经被茂盛的藤蔓覆盖，自己也获得了好收成。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 菖蒲乡党委书记曾国辉说，在产业扶贫中，菖蒲乡既注重发展长期受益的产业，又兼顾投资少、见效快的产业项目，实现长短结合、以短养长。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 按照“长短结合、以短养长”的思路，菖蒲乡建立黄田蔬菜、黄砂玉米、铜锣猕猴桃、五丰辣椒、徐溪白莲、菖蒲南瓜等8个百亩村级基地，全乡柑橘面积稳定在2600多亩，百香果、南瓜、红薯、养蜂等优势产业初具规模，特色产业种植面积达0.8万亩，农业产业扶贫基地覆盖全部行政村，产业覆盖率为100%。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>打造龙头，示范带动</span></strong><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 在菖蒲乡黄砂村陈火寮小组贫困户罗松环家的2亩地里，菖蒲致富带头人林瑞平正在为罗松环作种植要点讲解。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 指导完罗松环，林瑞平又马不停蹄赶回坪岗村百香果种植基地，早已约好的一群果农围着林瑞平，认真听取技术要点，还互相交流种植心得。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 据林瑞平介绍，仅2019年，他就帮助种植户销售百香果140万公斤，销售额2800余万元。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 菖蒲乡充分发挥新型农业经营主体示范带动作用，有效激活了产业的“造血”功能。目前，全乡新培育创业致富带头人38人，建设产业扶贫基地14个，共带动贫困户1193人务工或直接参与基地产业的发展。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'><strong>联结利益，激发动力</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 在坪岗村柑橘标准化生态示范园里，成片的柑橘整齐划一，一片生机。按照“山顶戴帽、山脊隔离、山腰种果、山脚穿鞋、园路绿化”的生态模式建园，菖蒲乡科学有序引导贫困户发展柑橘产业，对符合产业发展规划，严格按生态标准建园，经验收合格的，给予500元/亩的建园补助。此举充分激发了贫困户参与发展柑橘产业的热情。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> “为让贫困户积极参与基地产业发展，我们推行‘示范引导型、农户参与发展型、托管型’利益联结模式，与贫困户签订产品回收协议。”曾国辉说。 </span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 菖蒲乡还创建送苗木、送技术、分户种植、分户管理、帮助销售的“两送两分一帮”模式，鼓励每个有劳动能力和发展意愿的贫困户参与2项以上产业扶贫项目。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'> 如今的菖蒲乡，产业之花遍地开，不同季节都能尝到刚从果树上采摘下来的蓝莓、百香果、猕猴桃、甜柿、火龙果等水果，实现了家家有果、户户有业，群众获得了持续的发展机会，过上了更美好的生活。</span></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align: center;'><br></p><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com" style='max-width: 100%;
