font-size: 14px;">据邝某交待，当时以为伤者无大碍，因此便没有停车查看伤者，而是侥幸的继续驾驶摩托车直接离开现场，事后也未到公安机关自首，直到事故处理民警找上门，最后经查实邝某还系无证驾驶。</span><span style="text-indent: 2em; font-size: 14px;">2020年8月3日,邝某因无证驾驶无牌普通二轮摩托车，在事故发生后逃逸，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》有关规定，对邝某合并执行行政拘留二十日，并处罚款的处罚。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;
