line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第一条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 公筷指用以夹取菜点的公用筷子，是就餐者或餐饮服务人员进行分餐的工具。两人以上（含两人）同桌共餐时，作为分餐工具使用且不与就餐者嘴直接接触的筷子。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 公勺是指汤羹类菜点盛器内放置的用以舀取食物的餐具，是就餐者或餐饮服务人员进行分餐的工具。两人以上（含两人）同桌共餐时，作为分餐工具使用且不与就餐者嘴直接接触的勺子。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第三条 </span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>公筷公勺制是指使用公用的筷子或勺子、叉子、夹子进行分菜，是一种介于共餐制与分餐制两者之间的就餐方式。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'><strong>第二章 制作要求</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第四条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 公筷公勺材质应符合《食品安全国家标准》，符合安全、卫生、容易清洗及消毒等要求。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第五条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 尺寸公筷的长度、大端直径或宽度应明显大于自用筷。公勺勺柄长度应明显大于自用勺。公筷公勺的颜色应明显区别于自用筷自用勺的颜色。公筷公勺应在显著位置制作明显的标识、标志，便于识别和使用，如“公筷”、“公勺”等。公筷公勺的使用和管理应符合环保、安全、卫生等要求，提升公共卫生意识。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第六条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 基本要求。大、中型餐饮服务单位、宾馆（饭店）餐厅等，应根据就餐性质和规格在每个餐位摆放公筷公勺或每桌摆放公用的公筷公勺，同时上桌的每一道菜品应保证配备足够数量的公筷公勺，满足就餐者使用。小型餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位、农村集体聚餐时，每桌应摆放公筷公勺或“一菜一勺” “一菜一筷”。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong>第七条</strong> 存放要求。 餐饮服务单位应在就餐场所设置存放公筷公勺的工作台。公筷公勺应存放在工作台专用区域，并设置明显标识，便于服务人员或就餐者取用。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>第四章 摆台要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第八条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 公筷公勺的标识、标志等应正面朝上，便于识别。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第九条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务人员应在每道菜品上桌的同时，在菜品盛器内或其右侧摆放一双公筷或一把公勺，供就餐者取用，即“一菜一公筷（公勺）”。有条件的餐饮服务单位可为每位就餐者提供一套公筷公勺和一套自用筷自用勺，即“一人双筷勺”。若同桌共餐人数在 20 人以上（含 20 人）时，宜实行派菜分位服务。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>第五章 其他要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 火锅等必须在餐桌熟制的菜品，应提供与私筷、常规公筷具有区别的“生料专用公筷公勺”。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十一条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 自助餐厅或其他需就餐人员自行取餐的集体用餐场所，应配置公筷公勺，宜配置摆放公筷公勺的托盘或托架。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十二条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所应配置可供替换的备用公筷公勺。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 18px;'>第六章 管理要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十三条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务人员应在就餐前提醒就餐人员使用公筷公勺。如就餐人员提出分餐要求，应使用公筷公勺进行分餐。发现就餐人员用错公筷公勺的应及时更换。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十四条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位应将公筷公勺的配置纳入日常备餐流程、摆台标准、上菜流程等服务管理环节， 并加强餐饮服务人员的实操培训。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>第七章 就餐人员</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十五条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 使用公筷公勺取菜宜适量，不将菜品返回餐盘。使用公筷公勺取用食物时，不用公筷公勺随意翻拌。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十六条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐后打包或撤盘时，应使用公筷公勺。公筷公勺不入口，不接触私用餐具。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>第八章 卫生消毒</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十七条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 清洗、消毒的设施设备应放置在专用区域，容量和数量应能满足加工制作和供餐需要。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十八条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 严格规范公筷公勺的清洗、消毒流程，洗涤剂、消毒剂应符合《食品安全国家标准》的要求。消毒后的公筷公勺应符合《食品安全国家标准》的要求。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第十九条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 充分利用报纸、广播、电视、互联网、自媒体等载体，宣传科学规范使用公筷公勺，营造浓厚的社会氛围。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所应在大堂、餐厅醒目处设置提倡使用公筷公勺内容的公益广告，有条件的可播放提倡使用公筷公勺内容的宣传片。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十一条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所应在餐桌上放置提倡使用公筷公勺的温馨提示台卡或提示牌。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十二条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位应对其服务人员进行公筷公勺服务的宣传和培训。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十三条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位应主动宣传和合理引导就餐人员使用公筷公勺，且在就餐过程中随时提示和纠正。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十四条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所宜向社会公开承诺使用公筷公勺制， 或将公筷公勺制上墙公示。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十五条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 有关部门可设置针对认真执行使用公筷公勺制的餐饮服务单位的评先评优活动，鼓励引导更多的餐饮服务单位和从业人员积极参与。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十六条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所应制定、实施本单位公筷公勺使用制度。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十七条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所应引导和鼓励就餐人员使用公筷公勺。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>第二十八条</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 餐饮服务单位、机关企事业单位食堂或其他集体用餐场所和文明办等部门可与社会组织合作，通过公益项目、志愿者宣传等方式宣传和推广；社区便民服务中心可利用社区公共平台和途径宣传推广实施。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
