line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>三标乡是东江源头乡，我县在制定柑橘产业恢复政策时，已将三标乡所有行政村列为禁止柑橘复种区。该乡通过反复研究论证，在诸多产业中选择了鹰嘴桃这一新型产业作为产业转型项目。200亩、600亩、2000亩……三标乡鹰嘴桃种植面积随着免费发放苗木和落实奖补政策工作的陆续铺开而越来越大，但不少农户领取苗木种植下去以后，经常外出务工，技术不足、管理不善等原因导致了鹰嘴桃产业的种植效益不是很明显。2018年，第一批种植的果树挂果后有人欢喜有人愁。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>三标村村民黄朝安告诉记者，他2016年开始种植鹰嘴桃，因没有经验、技术以及管理各方面都不到位，到现在还没有收人。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>产业发展还得有“主心骨”。面对这些情况，三标乡党委于2020年3月通过加强整合，新组建了三标乡果业党支部，安排拥有十多年种植销售经验且担任过村干部的党员进入支部，选优配强支部班子，探索党建与产业转型发展深度融合，服务当地鹰嘴桃产业发展提质增产。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>“今年3月份，乡里准备组建“果业支部”，打算推选我担任支部书记，当时我心里想，这个位置处于产业发展的关键时期，肩负着重大责任，但也是我们乡、我们群众把产业做实做大做强的一个好机会。”三标乡果业支部书记黄圣杰说。</span><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>举办培训班为农户提供技术培训、深入田间地头给农户进行现场指导、随叫随到解决实际种植过程中遇到的问题……种植鹰嘴桃过程中，到处都能见到支部党员的身影。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>“有技术和没技术完全不同，经过技术培训，今年一头树卖得更多钱了。”三标村村民黄光珍说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>通过党建护航产业转型发展，鹰嘴桃种植逐步向规范化、科学化迈进。今年，全乡鹰嘴桃种植面积达6000余亩，其中树龄三年以上的挂果树2000余亩，产量达550万斤。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>“今年5月份，我们果业支部到广州、深圳、潮汕地区，联系收果老板来我乡看果，向他们推介我乡的优质鹰嘴桃果品。7月份的时候，我们这里到处都见得到收果的老板。”三标乡果业支部副书记周少春说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>在往年，种植散户到了销售环节都是各自为战，要想卖出自己的果品，多数是联系果品中介，果品中介需要收取一定的费用，果商通常会把中介费用平摊到收果价格上，这样导致农户到手的价钱会有所下降。但今年不一样了，果业支部频繁往外跑，招来果商直接上门收购。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>“果业支部带了老板来，没有中介了，老板来收果给我们果农价格上有增加一些。”黄陂村村民钟吉来说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>今年，全乡鹰嘴桃线下售300多万斤。与此同时，果业支部还组织全乡电商打通线上渠道，通过电商平台陆续卖出200余万斤。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>“每天一百多箱，都是5斤、10斤的，都不够卖了。”三标乡某快递公司负责人华清远说。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>生态发展，绿色崛起。如今，三标乡的鹰嘴桃产业已经成了群众增收致富的致富树。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
