SimSun;'>二、深刻吸取事故教训，迅速开展石灰窑安全隐患排查。各地要立即组织开展辖区内存在煅烧工艺石灰生产企业摸底排查，建立石灰生产企业管理台账（参考附件格式）；要督促各石灰生产企业开展安全隐患排查，重点排查存在有毒有害气体场所是否规范设置气体检测报警装置、是否配置防毒面具等应急救援器材、从业人员是否经安全教育培训等，对存在的问题，企业应立即组织整改，及时消除隐患；属于石灰土立窑等淘汰落后设备及相关工艺的，<strong>各级应急部门要责令企业立即停产，提请当地政府予以关闭。各地石灰生产企业管理台账请于2020年9月底前报送省厅工贸处。</strong></span></p><p “十个一次”要求，提升安全生产管理能力。要充分发挥安全生产执法处罚的警示作用，对存在主要负责人未履行安全生产职责、隐患排查治理未开展或流于形式、危险作业安全管理制度不落实、基本安全设施缺失、隐患整改不落实等突出问题的企业，依法坚决予以查处。</span></p><p style='text-align: right;line-height: 1.75em;'><span
